   Yesterday Roger Stone pleaded not guilty to lying to Congress, witness tampering and obstruction of Justice.
   
   Gisteren is de jury samengesteld : 3 mannen 11 vrouwen 2/3 blank.

   Gisteren verliet Roger Stone eerder de rechtszaal, omdat hij zich niet goed voelde.

   If the Trump 2020 campaign is holding phony contests to raise money by offering a prize of meeting President Donald Trump that is not honored then it is "out-and-out fraud," a former White House lawyer said, and could lead to prosecutions.
   
   The Popular Information newsletter reported that the Trump campaign has held 15 contests since 2018 offering the prize, which includes a meal, travel and hotel expenses, and a photo with Trump for the winning donor.
   
   Other campaigns have used the same cash-raising tactic, including those of Jeb Bush, Barack Obama, Elizabeth Warren, and Pete Buttigieg. These contests are typically followed up with an announcement of a winner and images from the meal.
   
   But there appears to be little, if any, public evidence of any winners to date of the Trump campaign's contests, raising questions about who has won the prizes.

   Fina11y, unlike the past impeachments where there was a
   special counsel doing these proceedings before the grand
   jury, there js no special counsel here because the Department
   of Justice decfined to even investigate the matter so we have

   Voor de duidelijkheid.
   Deze rechtszaak is niet aangespannen om aan te tonen welke rol Roger Stone heeft gespeeld in mogelijke malversaties richting de 2016 presidentsverkiezing.
   
   Roger Stone staat terecht voor:
   -Lying to Congress gedurende hoorzittingen
   -Witness tampering ( andere getuigen overhalen valse verklaringen af te leggen, om het verhaal kloppend te maken en er geen schuld bewezen kan worden)
   -Obstruction of Justice
   
   Aanklager Zelinsky legt het bij de rechter duidelijk aan de jury leden uit :

   Wanneer justitie wel een rechtszaak had aangespannen over de contacten met WikiLeaks en de GRU(Russische Militaire Inlichtingendienst), dan hadden de aanklagers ook moeten uitleggen wat de rollen en het aandeel zijn van andere potentieel verdachten.
   Denk daarbij aan Donald Trump jr, Eric Trump, Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon en 'last but not least' Donald Trump zelf.
   Dan hadden deze potentieel mogelijke verdachten al direct een verweer in de pers kunnen voeren om aan te tonen dat ze er niets mee te maken hadden.
   Nu, met deze rechtszaak, hebben ze nog geen idee op welke punten zij aangevallen kunnen worden in een toekomstige rechtszaak. Hebben dus ook geen mogelijkheid schoon schip te maken, want ze weten niet op basis van wat zij zich schoon moeten praten.
   
   Justitie isoleert de groep rond Trump, door deze groep kleiner te maken, door ze te berechten voor mindere vergrijpen.

   Vandaag(donderdag) staat een House hearing gepland met John Bolton, NSA(voormalig National Security Adviser).

   Het is de vraag of Bolton wel zal verschijnen.
   Zijn ontslagbrief was uitermate kortaf, zodat het er op lijkt dat men niet in der minne uit elkaar is gegaan.
   Dit zou een goede reden zijn om wel te verschijnen en de waarheid over Trump te zeggen.
   
   Aan de andere kant zijn er ook redenen om niet te verschijnen. Hij kan bijv denken aan zijn toekomstige carrière en dan is het niet kies om af te geven op je vorige werkgever. Hij kan bijv ook denken dat Trump wel eens represailles kan nemen. En misschien heeft hij nog een andere reden om niet te komen.
   
   In ieder geval meldde iemand, die woensdag arriveerde op DCA (Washington luchthaven, Ronald Reagan National Airport DCA Washington) dat hij Bolton op het vliegveld had gezien. John Bolton stond vooraan in een rij mensen, die aan boord gingen van een toestel dat uit Washington vertrok.
   Dat maakt de kans op het verschijnen op Donderdag bij een hearing committee, in Washington, niet erg waarschijnlijk.

    Earl Matthews, a senior National Security Council official who attended several of the meetings now at the center of the congressional impeachment inquiry, will depart from his job on Friday, according to two people familiar with his plans.
    
    During his time on the NSC, Matthews, the senior director for defense policy and strategy and one of the highest ranking African-American members of the Trump White House, worked closely with former national security advisor John Bolton. He was part of a small group that sat in on meetings with Ukrainian officials that House Democrats are now scrutinizing as they investigate whether President Donald Trump pressured Ukraine to investigate a political rival.

    Matthews traveled with Bolton to Ukraine in August and Poland in September, where he sat in on meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and senior American officials.     (oplettende lezertjes weten dat Mueller niet tot de hele waarheid kwam omdat hij konstant en categorisch werd gedwarsboomd door het WH. Zie Roger Stone trial. Zie het Mueller rapport en zijn getuigensi later. Nu Schiff en de Demcoraten laten zien dat dwarsbomen niet langer wkert, en zelfs tegenwerkt, is er lichte paniek waar te nemen bij de repugnicunts.
    Lees bijvoorbeeld de transcripts van de interviews, en haal daar de relevante vragen die de onschuld van trump bewijzen uit. (hint: die vragen zijn niet gesteld, want het antwoord zou erger zijn dan de vraag)

    President Donald Trump must pay a $2 million judgment for improperly using his Trump Foundation charity to further his 2016 presidential campaign, a New York state judge ruled Thursday.
    The order appears to bring to an end the New York attorney general's lawsuit against the president and three of his oldest children over the now-shuttered foundation, which the attorney general said had engaged in repeated wrongdoing.
    
    “Our petition detailed a shocking pattern of illegality involving the Trump Foundation — including unlawful coordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and willful self-dealing, and much more," then-Attorney General Barbara Underwood alleged in a statement late last year.
