Are the current major shareholders thinking that if a bid came along at the "right" price they would be prepared to sell? Therefore they do not wish to give management the tool to increase the number of shares.
So if thet would not be against it,what would be the right price?
By end of June there might be a quorum but then what will management have had to "guarantee" to existing shareholders that it is in their interest to allow a 100% increase in new shares? In other words in terms of "improvements" in quarterly returns/break even timetable/actual profit generation etc..
We shall see but I have the suspicion that a cashing in of their investment is what he shareholders might soon be after.
How soon? Who knows?
