    'Muller zet verhouding met Chinezen op scherp'SAAB

    AMSTERDAM (ANP) - Victor Muller, topman van Saabmoeder Swedish Automobile, heeft de verhouding met zijn Chinese investeerders op scherp gezet. Dat stelde econoom David Tomic van de Vereniging van Effectenbezitters (VEB) vrijdag.

    Muller heeft een overnamebod op Saab van de Chinese partijen Youngman en Pang Da als te laag van de hand gewezen. Hij riep de twee op zich te houden aan eerdere afspraken, waarbij ze in ruil voor een miljoeneninvestering een belang van bijna 54 procent in het beursgenoteerde Swedish Automobile zouden krijgen.

    "Ik vraag me af of de uitlatingen niet tegen het zere been van de Chinezen zijn. Of de verhoudingen niet op scherp worden gezet en of ze dit wel zullen accepteren", aldus Tomic.

    langzaam kruipt b naar boven veegt alle los dansende aandelen op die hij tegen komt ,en dan plotsling valt alles op zijn plek.
    plan b heeft de macht gegrepen onaantastbaar deelt hij de lakens uit .

    Maar waarom zou VM een overname bod afslaan in deze situatie. Dat doet hij alleen als hij er zelf wijzer van wordt en er nog iets in het vat zit. Ik denk dat die North street capital de hele mikmak overneemt dalijk. maargoed wie is eerder Lofalk of VM :)

    de VEB laat zich ook weer horen
    weten niet eens wat het bod was maar hebben bij voorbaat al commentaar
    wat een rare manier van de pers zoeken
    Victor denkt tenminste nog aan zijn aandeelhouders(incl zichzelf uiteraard)
    ik gok op een bod van North

    Hij slaat het bod af omdar hij, lees swan, maar 1 euro zou krijgen voor saab, niets dus....door tot het bittere eind, dan dus erop of eronder. Inzet: saab.

    De VEB komt altijd achteraf met commentaar als alles voorbij is ze gaven een negatief advies aan,nadat alles al geregeld was,bij saab,en beoordeelden het concern toen de grond in,ook zij mogen en kunnen niet de boekhouding van saab inzien.

    Completely new data from the administrator Guy Lofalk says Youngman and Pang Da did not want to invest through Muller's holding company - and Saab's parent company - Swedish Automobile without buy 100 percent directly to Saab Automobile.     VM zal snel moeten zijn met de deal met NSC anders zal er vandaag nog uitspraak zijn denk ik bij de rechtbank. daartegen zal saab wel weer in beroep kunnnen maargoed.
