Of course is hard to sell now, but I am talking about the option of selling close to book value and this will take a while (2-3 years), can't expect it to be done in next 6 months (even without the Covid context).
And yes, the profit on my first purchase is now 110% (bought at 7.9), and average profit for full position is 77%, which is astonishing. Most likely I won't be able to replicate that anytime soon. My target is 22 Eur/share. At this stage i think i will start to sell, of course it also depends on what the context will be at the time or before that (might decide to sell earlier or wait a bit longer). However, due to industry context, I am not convinced to be a long term ECP investor. Even if ECP is better quality than average Real estate, this is not necessarily reflected in the market price.
On the other side, if ECP would announce they want to sell everything and are confident can do it at prices close to book value, I am sure the stock price would go significantly above 20.
