I see several positiv factors going forward:
- Starting June 24, banks can borrow from ECB at 50 bps below the average refinancing rate, i.e. at up to negative 1%, under TLTRO III
- Starting May 1, ING charges EUR 4.90/month for accounts with less than EUR 700 monthly cash receipt
- EUR 1.754bn remains reserved for dividend payment (EUR 0.44/share) sometime after October 1, 2020. I expect this payment and another substantial one (my guess: EUR 0.40 - 0.60 / share) in April/May 2021. This would be an extremely high dividend yield of up to 20% in the next 12 months.
