    ik heb gisteren in nabeurs day-low nog een portie binnen gekregen. Zou die 18,00 euro van KBC echt onzin zijn. En waarom betaalden die nieuwe deelnemers een paar weken geleden voor de laatste emissie 5,60?

    Ik denk wel dat we die 18,00 euro van NIBC met een korretje zout moeten nemen. Zij zijn betrokken geweest bij de uitgifte van die nieuwe aandelen à 5,61. Schrik niet er liggen er nog 25 miljoen klaar voor volgende emissie. Dat koersdoel is een beetje boefjestreek.

    HALLE (SAALE), Germany, 27 November 2019 – Vivoryon Therapeutics AG (Euronext Amsterdam: VVY; ISIN: DE0007921835), announced today that management of Vivoryon Therapeutics will attend the CTAD (Clinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease) conference 2019 held from December 4-7, 2019, in San Diego, Ca., USA.



    Dr. Ulrich Dauer, CEO, and Dr. Michael Schaeffer, CBO, will be in attendance and present for discussion a poster on the design and methods of the proposed phase 2 PQ912 clinical trial funded by grant R01AG061146 from the National Institute on Aging. The poster presentation will take place on December 5, 2019 at 10:00am PST in the Indigo Foyer.



    Poster 36: “A seamless phase 2a-2b randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of PQ912 in patients with early Alzheimer’s disease: design and methods.”



    This poster will be presented by Howard Feldman, MD, FRCP(C), professor of neurosciences and director of the Alzheimer’s Disease Cooperative Study (ADCS) at University of California San Diego.

    CORPORATE REVIEW

    Financial Review (According to IFRS)

    In the third quarter of 2019, research and development expenses amounted to EUR 1,196k and increased compared to the third quarter of 2018 (EUR 939k). General and administrative expenses increased to EUR 768k (Q3 2018: EUR 689k). The Company did not generate any revenue in the reporting period, in line with corporate planning. Therefore, the net loss of the period was EUR 1,935k, compared to EUR 1,659k in the third quarter of 2018.

    All results are in line with management expectations.

    Vivoryon Therapeutics held EUR 5.1 million in cash and cash equivalents as of September 30, 2019.



    OPERATIONAL REVIEW

    MorphoSys entered into an Agreement on Small Molecule Inhibitors of CD47-SIRP alpha Signaling in Immuno-Oncology

    The Company announced that it entered into an agreement with MorphoSys AG under the terms of which MorphoSys has obtained an exclusive option to license Vivoryon’s small molecule QPCTL inhibitors in the field of oncology.

    The option covers worldwide development and commercialization for cancer of Vivoryon’s family of inhibitors of the glutaminyl-peptide cyclotransferase-like (QPCTL) protein, including its lead compound PQ912.



    POST PERIOD HIGHLIGHTS

    Successful capital raise of EUR 43 million

    The Company successfully raised capital of approximately EUR 43 million via a rights offering to existing shareholders and a private placement to selected qualified investors in Europe. Vivoryon Therapeutics issued a total number of 7,674,106 new ordinary bearer shares. The proceeds from the Offering will be used to finance the European Phase 2b clinical study with the Company’s lead product PQ912 for Alzheimer’s Disease, in particular for manufacturing the molecule PQ912, and bringing it through to Phase 2b results in 2022.

    HALLE (AFN) - Biotechnologiebedrijf Vivoryon Therapeutics, het voormalige Probiodrug, zag in het derde kwartaal zijn verlies oplopen ten opzichte van een jaar eerder. Dat kwam mede doordat het in Amsterdam genoteerde bedrijf meer uitgaven deed aan onderzoek en ontwikkeling van medicijnen. Ook de administratieve kosten namen op jaarbasis toe.

    Onder de streep resteerde een min van ruim 1,9 miljoen euro, vergeleken met een verlies van 1,6 miljoen euro een jaar terug. Het grotere nettoverlies valt volledig toe te schrijven aan hogere kosten, omdat Vivoryon geen omzet wist te behalen in het voorbije kwartaal. De biotechnoloog hield er naar eigen zeggen al rekening mee dat er in het derde kwartaal geen opbrengsten zouden zijn.

    Volgens Vivoryon lagen de resultaten in lijn met de eigen verwachtingen.
