   De tender loopt van 25 maart tot 22 april en is nu open. Grappige is dat als je klikt op offer document in het eerste stuk dat je dan terecht komt op het oude offer document van MBB, hoezo verwevenheid met de grootaandeelhouder ? :-)
   
   De vraag is hoeveel eraan geboden wordt, bij overaanbod wordt er procentueel gekort en raak je dus niet alles kwijt (mocht je dat willen). Ze behouden zich overigens uitdrukkelijk voor om de prijs te verhogen, bij onvoldoende of geen aanbod zou er dus een nieuwe ronde kunnen volgen.

   5.1 Requirements regarding the Offer Price
   The Offer Price for the Aumann Shares must take into account the requirements for setting the Offer
   Price contained in the authorization of the Annual General Meeting of June 18, 2024 as reproduced
   above.
   Accordingly, the Offer Price offered by Aumann AG (excluding acquisition costs) may not be more than
   20% higher or lower than the mean of the openig auction prices in Xetra trading (or a comparable
   successor system on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) on the last ten trading days prior to the date of
   announcementof the Offer.
   Based on the last ten trading days prior to the date of the announcement of the Offer, i.e. 14 March
   2025, the average of the opening auction prices of the Aumann Shares in Xetra trading was EUR 10.33.
   The Offer Price of EUR 12.37 includes a premium of just under 20% compared to this average stock
   exchange price and is within the price range specified in the authorization of the Annual General
   Meeting of 18 June 2024.
   The company is entitled to adjust the purchase offer at any time during the acceptance period. In this
   case, the opening auction price of Aumann Shares in Xetra trading (or a comparable successor system
   on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) on the last ten trading days prior to the public announcement of any
   adjustment will be used as a basis.
   
   De 10 dagen zijn gepasseerd, als niemand aanbiedt kunnen ze dus een nieuw tenderbod doen met een prijs van 14 euro.

   Niet geheel onverwacht verhoogt Aumann de prijs van hun tender offer:
   
   The Executive Board and Supervisory Board of Aumann AG ("Aumann", ISIN: DE000A2DAM03) today resolved to increase the offer price of the voluntary public share buyback offer (“Buyback”) to €14.25 per share pursuant to section 5.1 of the offer document. All other terms of the Buyback remain unchanged.
   
   Zitten er nog IEX leden in dit aandeel of ben ik de enigste ?
