   There are reports Russia intends to completely close of Mariupol from Monday - with stricter rules of movement within the city. And Russia's puppet leader in Donetsk said #Ukrainian fighters who remain in Mariupol & refuse to surrender will be eliminated.
   
   This looks like Russia wanting to avoid public demos in support of Ukraine, such as those seen in Kherson and elsewhere in occupied regions. And them trying to avoid acts of sabotage. So movement within the city will be strictly controlled, with checkpoints etc.

    Russia's Uralvogonzavod shuts down production. It will no longer be able to assemble any of T-72 tank (main RU tank) or newer T-90 & T-14 tanks (Armata).
    
    Reason: lack of imported components. It means more saved Ukrainian lives, is direct result of Western sanctions which should continue
