    Dit fonds heeft een slechte grafiek. Kun je beter in Galapagos stappen.

    Slowdown in growth between H2 2016 and H1 2017

    H2 2016 v H1 2016 = +21.5%
    H1 2017 v H 2016 = +16.00%

    Market did not appreciate that

    Still growth of course but some explanation will be needed although the Ceo seems to indicate he expects more momentum in H2 2017

    Well H2 should reach €8.2m to get to the "target of 15.2M for the year with then a much reduced EPS loss.

    Also there was no mention of going onto the AIM.
    Brexit influence and £ volatility? I don't know

    Helaas is het een bloedbad aan het worden met dit aandeel.
    En dan geen Gemaltootje met 15 tot 20%% in een dag, maar een soort van sluipkrach met dagelijks weer een aantal procenten eraf. Vanaf de top van 0,90 op 19 juli zijn we nu al 20% gezakt naar 0,72. Pijnlijk. Hopelijk komt er snel een einde aan de daling, technisch herstel om de gemoederen tot bedaren te krijgen zou wel mooi zijn.

    I have put a small order in at €0.65.

    i can't quite understand the reason for this slide in such a short time.

    £ is down but that was known. New issue of capital was also known i.e Novacyt needed to raise €5m so dilution of course.
    However I thought that this was already in the price.

    So is the market so "nervous" about the company's slowing growth?
    Maybe but the reaction is somewhat over the top.

    We shall see.
    in the meantime I am stinking with it until next year.

    Ik snap het ook niet helemaal. Wellicht heeft het te maken met het volgende:

    Following the end of the Period, Novacyt has raised an additional €1.0m by the drawing of the twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth tranches of OCABSA. The framework of the contract was put in place on July 30, 2015 with YA Global Master SPV Ltd. The draw down relates to the issue of 100 bonds convertible into shares ("OCA") with a nominal value of €10,000 each representing a €1,000,000 bond issue.

    Ik heb geen kennis van de exacte inhoud van deze overeenkomst en heb ook geen zin het uit te zoeken, daar is mijn belang Novacyt te klein voor.
    Maar zou kunnen dat hier sprake is van een financier die de obligaties omzet in aandelen en ze gelijk dumpt op de markt. Dat kan een funeste invloed hebben op de koers.

    Maar ik speculeer ook maar wat. Vandaag tot nu toe een laag volume, laten we hopen dat deze partij klaar is.
