SelectMDx komt, voor zover ik begrijp, pas om de hoek kijken, als er een negatieve biopsie uitslag is, maar wel een verhoogde PSA waarde.
Hiervoor is je PSA waarde al getest, middels een bloed of urine test.
omdat de PSa waarden hoog zijn, zijn er (mogelijk) herhaalde biopsies nodig.
