   Ik heb de indruk dat naar gelang de roadshow vordert en hoe groter de belangstelling, de koers verder zal stijgen : instapprijs zal bijgevolg in de buurt van 38 à 40 euro liggen.

    I guess they must be quite convinced of the 24-week results.
    Really don't think they are going to Nasdaq for the share price to crash a couple of weeks later after bad results.

    I don't want to be an negative a-hole all the time, but really? Show me a management team that thinks the company is valued correctly? And what is the difference between telling the major players their story and have them buy in Europe vs gIPO in US? It is promotion, and collection of money. Nothing wrong with that, but nothing more either (imho).

    Not at all. Every opinion is valued for what it is.
    
    But you can sense the frustration of the finance guy when he said the reason for the issue. (emotion should not be part of investing I know)
    
    Indeed every CEO would say that his company is undervalued. Particulaly if he has options as part of his pay packet :)
    
    What they are saying is that in the US there is a better understanding in investing in a biotech company. More of a long term approach if you like.
    Which means that they would prefer US long term institutional investors as shareholders. In addition to the Europe ones no doubt.
    Also there is a larger pool of investors in the US willing to invest in Biotech than in Europe.
    I do not have the figures but how many Biotech funds are there in Europe v USA?
