    Wat is hieruit kan opmaken is dat er (nog?) een soort joint venture is opgezet (of gaat worden) tussen Pang Da, Saab Automobile AB & Saab Parts AB voor de distributie & verkoop van reserve onderdelen.

    Pang Da wil blijkbaar de rechten daarop hebben.

Zhejiang Youth cooperation notice," on the Lotus car company and Zhejiang Youth Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "youth car") jointly subscribe Spyker Cars NV ( Chinese name for "Spyker", later renamed the Swedish Automobile NV, hereinafter referred to as the "Swedish Auto") shares of the Company, youth cars and SAAB Automobile AB (hereinafter referred to as "Saab") jointly set up a joint venture sales company and car joint-venture car manufacturing company matters the disclosure of information.

    Ja, idd. Wachten duurt altijd lang. Goedenavond. Ben nieuw op dit forum maar volg het al ruim een maand en bezit ook SWAN-tjes... op 1.53 p/st, dus hopelijk komt die investeerder snel boven water :)

    Saab krijgt binnenkort een lening van 110 miljoen euro van een Europese bank. Dat zeggen bronnen dichtbij Saab volgens Bloomberg News. Daarmee kan Saab de salarissen betalen en de schulden aan toeleveranciers voldoen, waarna de productie weer kan worden opgestart.
    Die productie ligt al sinds april stil vrijwel geheel stil, omdat de toeleveranciers weigeren nog onderdelen te leveren vanwege de openstaande facturen. In totaal zou het Zweedse merk nog bijna 100 miljoen euro moeten betalen aan de toeleveranciers. Zo’n honderd claims zijn al ingediend bij het Zweedse schuldenbureau, voor twee van de claims is een invorderingsprocedure opgestart.

    Overbruggingslening
    Volgens de bronnen zou het officiële bericht van de lening morgen al kunnen worden aangekondigd. De lening zou dienen als overbrugging tot de Chinese partners, waarmee Saab al overeenstemming heeft, maar die nog wachten op goedkeuring van hun overheid en van General Motors, kunnen instappen. Het kapitaal van de Chinezen zou voor langere termijn de toekomst van Saab zeker moeten stellen.
    Overigens is er wel haast bij de overbruggingslening, want de vakbonden hebben al aangekondigd het faillissement van Saab aan te vragen als de salarissen niet worden betaald en ook de invorderingsprocedure van twee schuldeisers gaat gewoon door. Met het betalen van de salarissen is iedere maand circa negen miljoen euro gemoeid, de twee schuldeisers krijgen ongeveer 600.000 euro van Saab.

    wat doen eigenlijk de halfjaars cijfers er toe... lijkt mij dat het voorbestaan daar niet van zal afhangen maar meer of er een investeerder zal opstaan.
