Northern Tiger Resources Inc. is a Canada-based development stage resource exploration company focused on a developing Dawson Range gold-copper mining district in the Central Yukon. On June 24, 2008, the Company acquired five Dawson Range exploration properties together with an historical exploration database for the region from MintoEx, a subsidiary of Capstone Mining Corp. As part of the acquisition agreement, MintoEx was granted certain back-in rights with respect to mineral claims of Northern Tiger located within a 50 kilometer radius of MintoEx’s processing facility located in the Yukon Territory. The properties acquired from MintoEx are the MEL, DEL, LED, DAD and BOND projects and, together with Northern Tiger’s Chopin property (acquired from Firestone in the arrangement), are referred to collectively as the Company’s Other Dawson Range Properties. It holds 100% interests in the Alberta Sun, Redrock, and Fort Macleod uranium properties, which are located in southwestern Alberta.
