    Further Promising Drill Hole Results from Kay Tanda

    EDMONTON, Alberta; February 13, 2007 - Mindoro Resources Ltd. (TSXV: MIO; Frankfurt: WKN 906167) today reported additional results from a further thirteen reverse circulation drill (RC) holes and partial results of two core (DH) holes from the Kay Tanda epithermal gold-silver prospect, located in the Archangel Project, the Philippines. Drill highlights include 58 meters of 1.53 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from surface, including 24 meters of 3.05 g/t gold, in PLRC-30 [silver not yet received]; 28 meters of 3.43 g/t gold from surface, including 8 meters of 10.05 g/t gold in PLRC-33; and 124 meters of 0.72 g/t gold, including 12.3 meters of 2.58 g/t gold in KTDH-07. With one reverse circulation rig and two core rig now drilling Kay Tanda, plus metallurgical test work underway in Australia, the company anticipates completing a National Instrument 43-101 resource estimate early in the second quarter of 2007.

    The RC and core infill holes are continuing to confirm internal continuity of the aerially extensive, near-surface low-grade, blanket-like form of gold-silver mineralization. To date, drill spacing has been mostly on 50 meter centers. Drill spacing is being closed in to approximately 50 meters by 25 meters in several areas to give a greater degree of confidence in internal continuity.

    Core hole KTDH-08 was an angle hole drilled grid west to target the deeper, high-grade mineralization intersected in KTDH-04 (reported in a release dated November 14, 2006). It intersected eight zones of low-grade gold-silver mineralization above the 0.3 g/t gold cut-off [see table below], but did not intersect the high grade seen in KTDH-04, possibly due to offsetting along heavy faulting encountered in this hole.

(TSXV: MIO; Frankfurt: WKN 906167) today reported results from a further six reverse circulation drill (RC) holes and partial results of one core (DH) hole from the Pulang Lupa Zone within the Kay Tanda epithermal gold-silver prospect, located in the Archangel Project, the Philippines.

    Drill highlights include (intersections are believed to approximate true thicknesses):
    28 meters of 3.43 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 35.62 g/t silver in PLRC-33, including 8 meters of 10.05 g/t gold and 85.06 g/t silver

    86 meters of 0.91 g/t gold and 16.53 g/t silver in PLRC-34, including 4 meters of 5.88 g/t gold and 134.03 g/t silver

    22 meters of 0.99 g/t gold and 63.45 g/t silver in PLRC-35 including 6 meters of 2.37 g/t gold and 152.10 g/t silver

    44 meters 1.89 g/t gold (silver not yet received) in PLRC-36, including 10 meters of 3.80 g/t gold and another 10 meters of 3.21 g/t gold

    10 meters of 6.84 g/t gold (silver not yet received) in PLRC-37, including 4 meters of 15.66 g/t gold.
    Tony Climie, president of Mindoro, commented "we are pleased with the latest results. Pulang Lupa is coming together as a robust zone of epithermal mineralization with good, near-surface gold grades and especially high silver values".

    The Pulang Lupa Zone is separated from the main Kay Tanda Zone by a small valley, but recent drilling suggests they are actually continuous. The drill holes include both infill and step-out holes. Pulang Lupa has now been drilled on 50 meter centers, defining near-surface epithermal gold-silver mineralization over at least 300 meters by 400 meters, and is still open in most directions. The adjacent Kay Tanda Zone has also been drilled on 50 meter centers, extends over at least 700 meters by 600 meters, and is also open in most directions.

    Purchase and Sale of Surigao Interest

    EDMONTON, Alberta and Vancouver, British Columbia; March 14, 2007 - Mindoro Resources Ltd. (TSXV: MIO; Frankfurt: WKN 906167) and Panoro Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: PML; Frankfurt: PZM) today announced the purchase and sale of Panoro's forty percent interest to Mindoro in a package of properties in the Surigao Gold District of Northern Mindanao, the Philippines.

    Upon closing, as consideration for the purchase of the interest, Mindoro will pay Panoro $750,000 cash plus 500,000 Mindoro Common shares; Mindoro will make a second payment of $500,000 cash plus 500,000 Common shares on the first anniversary of the closing. Furthermore, in the event that the nickel laterite prospect located on the Agata project should proceed to production and upon shipment of an aggregate one million tonnes of nickel laterite, Mindoro will pay Panoro $500,000 cash plus an additional $500,000 cash payment on the first anniversary of the shipment.

    The purchase and sale agreement and issue of Common shares are subject to regulatory approval.

(TSXV: MIO; Frankfurt: WKN 906167) vandaag is pleased om te rapporteren dat het boren bij het Agata nikkellaterite vooruitzicht met vijf uitborend boorinstallaties in verrichting is begonnen. De doelstelling is een volgzaam middel aanvankelijk te bepalen van Ni 43-101, adequaat drie tot vijf jaar van productie aan een tarief van 500.000 tot 700.000 natte metrische tonen per jaar van direct ver*schepen-rangmateriaal voor de zeer hoge markten van het de vraagferronikkel van China en SE Azië. De inleidende marketing studies zijn en het milieu toelaten begonnen. De de productiedatum van het doel is de eerste helft van 2008.

    Tony Climie, voorzitter van Mindoro, becommentariëerde dat "dit een belangrijke stap in de groei van ons Bedrijf is. De zeer hoge vraag naar ferronikkelgrondstof voor roestvrij staalproductie in ons gebied, en de hoge nikkelprijzen, bieden een grote kans om ons Project te krijgen Agata in snelle productie, en vroege cash flow te produceren. Uniek, bieden de directe het verschepen laterite van het rangnikkel stortingen laag-hoofdkosten en een snelle route aan productie en cash flow aan ".

    MINDORO RESOURCES LTD.: EXCELLENT METALLURGICAL TEST RESULTS FROM KAY TANDA

    Mindoro Resources Ltd. has obtained high gold recoveries in a third round of metallurgical tests of large-diameter, drill-core composites from both oxide and mixed (transitional) oxide, and sulphide mineralized material from the Kay Tanda gold-silver prospect, Philippines. The results to date indicate that both composites are highly amenable to heap leaching. It appears that most of the gold occurs in the cracks and fissures in the rocks and is readily accessible to the cyanide solution. Gold dissolution is rapid and high gold recoveries have been obtained from both composites, and with low cyanide consumption.

    Kay Tanda is being evaluated for its open-pit, heap-leach potential. Preliminary bottle-roll metallurgical testwork on reverse circulation cuttings was largely positive (reported in Stockwatch on Jan. 14, 2004). A second round of testing was carried out on a small bulk sample of oxidized mineralized material from a pit and gave excellent results (reported in Stockwatch on Dec. 2, 2005). The current test had the objective of evaluating heap-leach characteristics of near-surface oxide mineralization, as well as deeper mixed oxide/sulphide (transition) mineralization. Samples were collected by large-diameter (PQ) core drilling and submitted to Metcon Laboratories in Australia. The program was designed and supervised by an independent consultant, Peter J. Lewis and Associates, of Australia.

    Two series of testwork were completed on the two composites. The first test was a bottle-roll test on composites at 80 per cent passing a sieve at 75 micrometres. This test is required to indicate the maximum gold and silver recoveries obtainable and to compare these with the recoveries obtained by heap-leach testing. Very high gold and silver recoveries were obtained from both types of mineralized material. From the oxide material, 93.4 per cent of the contained gold and 83.7 per cent of the contained silver were leached and recovered in 48 hours. From the transition material (mixed oxide and sulphides), 88.6 per cent of the gold and 87 per cent of the contained silver were leached. These are unusually high recoveries, especially for the sulphide-containing material.

    For the second round of testing, column tests (heap-leach tests) were performed on a crush size of minus 12.7 millimetres, that is, one-half inch, which is close to the lower size limit normally used for heap leaching. Gold recovery from the oxide material after 29 days of leaching was 80.3 per cent. Gold recovery from the transition material after 23 days was 80.6 per cent. Silver recoveries are awaited. Both composites are highly amenable to heap leaching.

    Because of the encouraging results, a further test was commenced at a very coarse crush size of 50 mm (two inches), since the coarser the crush, the lower the processing costs. This work is in progress and results will be reported on completion. Since the transition sample contained a high proportion of sulphide-related mineralization and leached very well, a test will also be carried out on deeper, entirely sulphide-related gold and silver mineralization as well.

    Mindoro management is most encouraged by the results from Kay Tanda to date and considers them a strong basis for further evaluation of the project's economic potential. Preliminary work on a National Instrument 43-101 resource estimate has commenced to be followed by a scoping study.

    The program is carried out under the supervision of J.A. Climie, PGeol, president of Mindoro and a qualified person as defined by National Policy 43-101. Metallurgical reports will be posted on Mindoro's website on completion of all testwork.

    zo wordt er aan de overkant van de grote plas over gedacht. Binnenkort info over Calo en kan het alleen maar nog beter worden.

    You have to love a junior that keeps on bringing good news. Agata should be a very low cost nickel property and now Kay Tanda shows the same for gold. Although this news release won't bring out the daytrader/speculators that send a stock temporarily skywards, it should grab the attention of the investor who will want to be around for a while to see cash flow.

    Bovenstaande post, was wel degelijk serieus bedoeld. Ik zit er aan te denken op korte termijn mijn posities in de AEX af te bouwen. Het geld dat dan vrij komt, kan ik mooi in Mindoro steken, om de vakantie tijd te overbruggen. Als er een oorlog komt, of een aanslag of wat dan ook, loop je met edelmijnen het minste risico op daling. Helemaal met een mijn die nog niet ontdekt is, en waar veel vuurwerk van verwacht word door mij.

    Ik heb deze alias al bijna zolang als ik hier post. Ik ben in november aangemeld, en heb na een week mijn huidige allias aangenomen. M`n alias word 11juni wel veranderd in 22years. Kun je mij misschien vertellen welke allias je bedoeld?

    Ik post sinds November, dus ik denk dat het iemand anders is geweest. Misschien met dezelfde manier van typen.

    Ik inversteer niet in een mijn waarvan ik onzeker ben of het rendement op leverd. Ik denk dat weinig mensen dat doen. Ik weet dat je nu zult zeggen, hoe weet je zo zeker dat er daadwerkelijk winst gedraaid gaat worden. Ik heb hun website, bekeken. Veel onderzoek gedaan naar de grond, en gekeken waar ze inversteren. Het heeft 3 projecten, en de waarde van 40 cent, komt vanzelf wel als 80cent op het bord. Het zal best kunnen dat mijnen direct ontvlucht worden bij onzekerheid, zoveel ervaring heb ik er niet mee. De tijd zal het leren. Ik blijf het een leuk project vinden, en op zo`n manier leer je overal wat van.

    Goud zit momenteel in een trendkanaal waar weinig richting gekozen word. 664 dan weer op 655.
