    Weet iemand wat meer van Mindoro Resources Ltd? Ik heb gelezen op de site www.golddrivers.com dat het een veel belovend fonds is van een exploratie bedrijf voor de winning van goud, zilver, koper op de Philipijnen. Er schijnt als dit soort bedrijven een goede fonds hebben de koers met honderden procenten omhoog gaan.

    Mindoro. 64,560,000 uitstaande aandelen. 3 projecten: 1. nieuwe goudontdekking van Kay Tanda (Fillipijnen), waar goud met hoge waarden in aders wordt gevonden. Volgens mij gaat het hier om minimaal twee miljoen ounces goud. (2mln x $150 = 300mln : 64,56 mln aandelen = $ 4,65 koersdoel voor alleen Kay Tanda.) 2. Nog meer verwachting. Drillen begonnen van het gigantische (3x6 km) Calo goud-koper project. Dit betreft een zogenaamd porhyry-systeem, waarbij goud en koper in lage waarden over een relatief groot en eenvoudig af te graven gebied ligt verspreid. De metalen in een dergelijk aangetoond deposit hebben al snel een waarde van enkele miljarden. Vlgs Chairman Mindoro totaal 19 porhyry targets (=uitzonderlijk), vlgs chairman is 1 porhyry $ 3,- p/aandeel waard. 3. Tevens sprake van geintresseerden in nikkelontdekking.     Bedankt voor je informatie. Ik denk dat ik in eerste instantie 5000 stuks ga kopen. Het is misschien een gokje maar het kost je de kop niet met de huidige koers.

    Hi JM,

    Zou absoluut als je deze aandelen wilt aankopen niet van dit rekensommetje uitgaan want het koersdoel slaat fundamenteel gezien helemaal nergens op en heeft een bijzonder hoog gebakken lucht gehalte.

    Wat vindt je dan van het feit dat Asian Lion Fund en een andere investeringsmaatschappij onlangs ook hierin zijn gestapt? Dit doen ze niet zomaar en deze bedrijven maken zeker hun huiswerk eerst.

    Hi Renos2,

    Dat was gewoon een PP tegen een gefixeerde koers en dit fund is zeker geen gewoon investeringsfund te noemen gezien de politieke backing. Ik zou zelf nimmer op louter basis van deelname van funds in een willekeurig aandeel en de subjectieve aanname dat ze hun huiswerk daarom wel goed gedaan hebben besluiten een aandeel kopen.

    Maar goed terug naar de basis van het rekensommetje waar je mee aankomt nogmaals dat deugt echt niet van alle kanten. Iedere resource broker en/of ervaren resource belegger doorziet onmiddelijk de "pump" in dit bijzonder kort door de bocht rekensommetje.

    This is one of the locations where MRL (Minoro Resources Limited) are mining and clear cutting virgin forest. To date they have broken many local laws, such as trespassing, destroying private property, destroying crops and crop land of local subsistant tribal farmers, contaminating the only source for clean water, clear cutting rare trees and selling them illegaly. Such a wonderful and respectful company. They did have a website (www.mindoro.com) but have pulled it down because of the fear of more lawsuits being filed against them. They typically go around and pay bribes to local officials, while at the same time, keeping the whole process quiet until they move in with bulldozers and armed security guards to scare everyone away. They are also in the habit of bulldozing topsoil and polluted soil into the local river. This being a HUGE violation of local laws. So if you are thinking of investing in this company? They hopefully will not be around long enough.

    Ik heb overgeens die rekensom niet gestuurd en ga ook nooit van dit soort berekeningen uit. Op basis van alle informatie die ik heb van Mindoro vind ik toch de moeite waard om een gokje te nemen. In een goede gespreidde portefieulle kan je af en toe wel wat risico nemen. Je gelooft erin of niet. Zoals je al schreef: we zullen zien. Heb je verder nog tips?

    Ik heb jouw bericht nagevraagd bij Mindoro. Zij komen als reactie met onderstaande antwoord. Nu is het van twee kanten belicht, het is aan jou wat met deze informatie doet. Nou is het altijd en overal zo dat als er nieuwe bouwactiviteiten zijn er altijd mensen andere belangen hebben en allerlei bezwaren hebben.

    I am very glad you brought this to my attention. Mindoro is, and always has been, a socially and environmentally responsible company. Global communication can be a wonderful thing, but it is sad that people choose to use it to spread lies and slander without having to be held accountable. A few issues to clarify:

    - Mindoro is not involved in any mining at the moment, only exploration
    - Mindoro does not trespass - we negotiate access with the local landowners. If we do not have permission of the local landowner, then we do not access their land.
    - Landowners are compensated more than fair value for any trees or crops damaged in our exploration activities.
    - Mindoro works with local communities to provide benefit through our exploration activities. For example, when we needed to build a drill access road in our Agata project, we worked with the local communities to build a farm-to-market road for all to enjoy. This quality of road was much higher standard (and more expensive) than we required for our own drill access needs, but it is our policy to work with the community and assist in ways that benefit all.
    - Regarding trees, we are explorers, not loggers, we are not in the business of cutting and selling trees.
    - Our website is alive and well and can be accessed by anyone at www.mindoro.com
    - We do not pay bribes - that is illegal and we don't work that way; we work with local government units and landowners to bring a better quality of life to the broader community. We employ locals to work in our operations. We currently have about 600 rotating field workers in our employ. We count on the support of local people to assist us in our exploration endeavors.
    - We have a strong policy of environmental responsibility which is strictly implemented and monitored to ensure compliance
    - Mindoro does not employ armed security guards - I have no idea what we would be trying to scare everyone away from.
    - Mindoro recently underwent a very thorough environmental and social responsibility review process by the IFC in connection with the investment by Asian Lion Limited. We are required to comply with IFC social and environmental performance standards in all our activities.
    - Working in an ethical and responsible manner is a cornerstone of our business philosophy - one that each of us holds as not just a corporate responsibility, but a personal one as well.

    AB Renos2, ik volg mindoro al een poosje en denk er over om ze binnenkort te kopen. Je moet af en toe even een gokje nemen. Kan slecht uitpakken en goed. Mijn gokje nu is Sopheon maar dat valt flink tegen tot nu toe. Het wordt mindoro waarschijnlijk.......

    Beste Renos2
    Allereerst bedankt voor jou reaktie, en mijn excuses voor het zonder meer plaatsen van dit stukje.
    Ik had het beter eerst (net als jou ) bij de bron kunnen navragen.
    Ik was net aan het warmlopen voor Mindoro toen ik bij het zoeken naar nieuws dit stukje tegen kwam op internet en gelijk een viese smaak in mijn mond kreeg van het bedrijf.
    Heb toen vrij impulsief het stukje gelijk op dit forum gepost.
    Ik zal hier volgende keer zorgvuldiger mee omgaan.

    Ik ga toch nog wat meer research doen en misschien speculatief instappen.
    Mocht je nog wat linkjes hebben, ik hou me aanbevolen

    Ja, ik heb nog even via Google Earth Community de website bekeken van deze "milieu" beschermer. Deze man is een toerist en gewoon gek van de Phillepijnen en wil alleen mooie foto's maken. Je moet maar eens kijken.
