    Ik zou even afwachten als ik jouw was. De hele markt ging gisteren hard naar beneden. Sommige aandelen zonder nieuws 5-15%. Als dit doorzet heb je meteen veel verlies als je nu instapt.

    Ik heb zelf gisteren veel van mijn aandelen er uitgegooid en winst genomen. Ik heb nog wel avnx gekocht omdat die erg goedkoop werd zonder echte reden, maar die gaat er ook weer uit als de correctie doorgaat vandaag.

    Sirna zakte gisteren ook door 7.50 heen dus pas op.

    ja had alles met de markt te maken. Het was eigenlijk een wonder dat rnai de hele dag op slechts -1% stond. Toen de 7.50 het leek te gaan begeven heb ik het meeste er uitgegooid.
    Bericht is trouwens niet van belang op korte termijn, dus daar verwacht ik ook niet echt een reactie op.

    Anna,
    mijn bank geeft aan dat het aantal vrij verhandelbare stukken SIRNA onvoldoende is voor (verkoop)transactie.

    Dat lijkt mij stug. Heb jij daar gegevens of een mening over?

    Nou nee, mijn order betreft slechts een promillage daarvan. Maar ik begrip die mededeling van de bank daarom ook niet. Het is zoveel als een waarschuwing dat er zo weinig handel in het aandeel zou zijn dat ik ze niet kwijt raak, maar dat lijkt me onzin.
    Overigens vind ik wel dat de koers bij betrekkelijk gering handelsvolume toch fors fluctueert. Daaruit zou je kunnen afleiden dat er inderdaad geen al te grote free float is.
    Ik zal er eens naar zoeken.

    Denk dat ik de mededeling van de bank maar negeer.

    Was allang bekend dat dit zou gaan gebeuren, hebben ze begin dit jaar al laten vastleggen. En dan is het zover en dan wordt er (as usual) weer lekker overdreven op gereageert. Sentiment is ook helemaal ruk natuurlijk in deze sector dit jaar.

    Ben wel benieuwd tegen welke prijs geconverteerd gaat worden.

    DJ Sirna Therapeutics: 9M Shares Priced At $5 Apiece >RNAI

    DOW JONES NEWSWIRES

    Biotechnology company Sirna Therapeutics Inc. (RNAI) said a public offering of 9 million shares was priced at $5 a share.

    Sirna said the offering was increased from the previously announced size of 8 million shares.

    It added underwriters have been given an overallotment option of 1.35 million additional shares.

    Shares of Sirna closed Tuesday at $5.13, down 44 cents, or 7.9%.

    er wordt zo vaak vastgelegd dat men emissierechten aanvraagt en krijgt; als men dat niet zou doen brengt men bedrijf in gevaar.
    dus altijd mogelijkheid openlaten.

    als men het dan uiteindelijk doet, moet je die situatie gewoon opzichzelf zien en als het minder nodig wordt geacht, zal de markt daarop reageren. niets aan te doen.
