    Most market participants delivered price - $650 - $675

    Actual delivered price - UNDER $600

    This with over 3M tons offered.

    Als de markt ook nog negatief reageert op de cijfers van YARA morgenvroeg,dan heb je het gewoon gehad met dit aandeel en hebben we de top al in october vorig jaar 26,50 gezien,ondanks alle hosana verhalen en koopadviezen wil de markt er niet meer voor betalen en heb ik me er maar bij neer gelegd en
    lik mijn wonden ,begrijpen doe ik het niet maar de markt heeft altijd gelijk.

    We moeten stiekem een beetje hopen dat de capex niet heel groot gaat worden komende jaren vanwege hydrogen transitie. Dat taz aaziz JV, geen idee hoeveel ze daar aan gaan spenderen. Als de cashflow mooi op orde is, kunnen ze mooi geld uit gaan keren naar ons. Want waar zou je het anders aan uit moeten geven

    Mee eens, vooral dividend aankondiging kan een flinke trigger zijn. Dividend aandelen komen steeds meer in trek.

    OCI, ADQ and Alpha Dhabi Holding to acquire stake in OCI Methanol Group

    OCI N.V. (OCI) has announced the signing of definitive legal agreements for a strategic alliance with two leading global investors, ADQ, an Abu Dhabi-based investment and holding company, and Alpha Dhabi Holding, positioning the OCI Methanol Group to be able to pursue future growth initiatives in hydrogen-based applications, including fuel.

    Under the terms of the agreements, ADQ and Alpha Dhabi Holding will acquire a 15% stake in the OCI Methanol Group for a total consideration of US$375 million. As part of the alliance, OCI Methanol Group will be incorporated as an ADGM company in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

    The transaction bolsters OCI’s positioning for future growth initiatives in the global transition to a hydrogen economy and focus on clean methanol as a fuel for the future with hydrogen as the primary feedstock. Methanol is a fundamental enabler of the hydrogen economy and is one of the most efficient fuels that will be key to decarbonising the marine industry in particular.

    OCI Methanol Group benefits from several strategic advantages that enable it to capture rising global demand for clean fuels. The Group has already been a pioneer in developing clean methanol, supplying clean methanol to blue chip customers in various industries including the transportation industry. It is also the only producer with facilities and extensive distribution and storage capabilities in the US and Europe, which are located near major inland demand centres or on major global shipping lanes next to key bunkering hubs.

    Als ik het goed lees,as part of the alliance zal volgens mij de Methanol divisie opgaan in ADGM bedrijf gevestigd in de UAE,wat dit verder voor OCI gaat betekenen is mij niet duidelijk,misschien anderen op het Forum?

    Wat OCI inmiddels wel is:
    EBIC, EFC, Sorfert, Fertil: ---> Abu Dhabi
    Natgasoline, OCI Beamont, BioMCN, distributienetwerk ---> Abu Dhabi,

    IFCO en OCI Nitrogen hebben in feite alleen hun belang nog in Nederland.

    Je zou haast denken dat ze alles beter kunnen overhevelen naar Abu Dhabi aangezien daar al 90% zit....
