    gestage stijging met hier en daar een uitschieter naar boven.
    zie bijlage van het afgelopen jaar ongeveer,
    steeds een hoger plateau lijkt wel, een goede stijging na goed nieuws, waarna de koers op een hoger niveau dan daarvoor blijft hangen... als zoiets elke 3 a 4 maanden gebeurt... prima, genoeg nieuws in het vooruitzicht.

    Gewoon elke week worden de aandelen Immutep een beetje meer waard. Vanaf het moment van posten is dit aandeel al x2 gegaan.
    Ok, we hebben ook veel hogere koersen gezien, maar ik heb lievere een rustigere en stabiele groei dan die enorme pieken (en dalen). Ik ben enorm content met Immutep en ben benieuwd of ze de koersdoelen die ze zelf formuleren ook gaan halen in 2021. Lekker vasthouden, wellicht is dit ooit echt een nieuwe Galapagos. (wel op de verkoopknop drukken op 250 dan he mensen)

    gewoon even voor het gevoel, dit is maar een deel van alle onderzoeken, maar geeft goed een deel van het potentieel weer....

    Met Merck hebben ze dus lopende onderzoeken, icm Keytruda(=pembrolizumab). Keytruda geeft betere resultaten dan wat voorheen het betere medicijn was: Humira van Abbvie. Maar in combinatie met Immutep's Efti, zien ze dus nog veel grotere vooruitgang bij behandelingen.(ImmuTURBO?? ;-) )

    While Humira(Abbvie) being the top-selling drug is on the decline due to increased competition and expiring patents, another drug is set to take the number-one position. With the continued regulatory wins, it should be no surprise that Merck’s Keytruda(pembrolizumab) is poised to assume the best-selling drug mantle.

    Efti + pembrolizumab zijn ze dus breed aan het onderzoeken met Merck.

    1st line NSCLC: 70-90% increase in ORR compared to historical Pembrolizumab monotherapy.
    1st line NSCLC: Responses in PD-L1 low expressing subgroups.
    2nd line NSCLC, PD-X refractory: doubling OS compared to SOC(standard of care)

    - TACTI-002 – Efti + Pembro, Phase II in 2nd line HNSCC(hoofd/nek kanker)
    Durable, deep responses (36% ORR, 3 CRs) in a very challenging patient population.
    Responses in PD-L1 in low expressing subgroups.

    EAT COVID – Phase II clinical trial
    The University Hospital Pilsen in the Czech Republic has commenced an investigator-initiated randomised phase II clinical trial evaluating efti in up to 110 hospitalised patients with COVID-19. Recruitment of patients commenced in October 2020.

    Initial results from the safety run in of the trial are expected to be reported in early 2021 with initial interim efficacy results in 2021.
