    In even 5 minuten tijd werden er nabeurs 5.000.000 aandelen opgekocht, dat is 10% van Tradegate en 5% van alle beurzen, die in Steinhoff handelen samen.

    STEINHOFF... het lijkt er op dat er tot 22.00 uur gewacht wordt als de avondhandel sluit.... Zo en zo zal het voorbeurs morgen moeten verschijnen....

    UITBREIDING VAN DE LID-UP VROEGE VOGELKOSTEN DEADLINE

    Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. (de "Vennootschap" en met haar dochterondernemingen, de "Groep")

    Naar aanleiding van de aankondiging van de onderneming op 11 juli 2018 (de "LUA-aankondiging") die bevestigt dat er een toestemmingsproces is gestart voor een lock-upovereenkomst (de "LUA") in verband met de herstructurering van de financiële schuldenlast van de onderneming, Steinhoff Europe AG, Steinhoff Finance Holding GmbH en Stripes US Holding Incorporated, kondigt de Vennootschap aan dat de termijn waarbinnen crediteuren moeten toetreden tot de LUA om in aanmerking te komen voor de Lock-Up Early Bird-vergoeding (zoals gedefinieerd in de LUA-aankondiging) is verlengd 24 uur tot 20 uur Londense tijd op woensdag 18 juli 2018. De SFHG / SEAG-opnametijd (zoals gedefinieerd in de LUA) blijft ongewijzigd.

    Er wordt positieve vooruitgang geboekt en de Groep streeft ernaar om zo snel mogelijk de vereiste steunniveaus onder de LUA te verkrijgen. Alle vragen met betrekking tot het toetredingsproces met betrekking tot de LUA moeten worden gericht aan de berekeningsagent op: Lucid Issuer Services Limited, Tankerton Works, 12 Argyle Walk, Londen, WC1H 8HA, T: + 44 20 7704 0880, E: steinhoff @ lucid -is.com.

    Aandeelhouders en andere beleggers in de Vennootschap wordt geadviseerd voorzichtig te zijn bij het handelen in de effecten van de Groep.

    EXTENSION OF LOCK-UP EARLY BIRD FEE DEADLINE

    Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. (the "Company" and with its subsidiaries, the "Group")

    Further to the Company's announcement on 11 July 2018 (the "LUA Announcement") confirming the launch of a consent process for a lock-up agreement (the "LUA") in connection with the restructuring of the financial indebtedness of the Company, Steinhoff Europe AG, Steinhoff Finance Holding GmbH and Stripes US Holding Incorporated, the Company announces that the deadline by which creditors must accede to the LUA in order to become eligible for the Lock-Up Early Bird Fee (as defined in the LUA Announcement) has been extended by 24 hours to 8pm London time on Wednesday, 18 July 2018. The SFHG/SEAG Record Time (as defined in the LUA) remains unchanged.

    Positive progress is being made and the Group is aiming to obtain, as soon as possible, the requisite support levels under the LUA. Any queries regarding the accession process in relation to the LUA should be directed to the calculation agent at: Lucid Issuer Services Limited, Tankerton Works, 12 Argyle Walk, London, WC1H 8HA, T: + 44 20 7704 0880, E: steinhoff@lucid-is.com.
