    Al het slechte nieuws bij Aurora zit nu verwerkt in de koers, afboekingen , komende resultaten zijn ook gekend.. Ik denk dat de shorters gaan beginnen coveren.

    Zouden we ondertussen niet op de bodem zitten bij Aurora. De kwartaalcijfers die ze voorspellen zijn niet slecht maar niet in de lijn die ze verwacht hadden. Dit is trouwens voor de gehele sector zo.
    Ik twijfel nog om bij te kopen. Ik denk dat ze nu opnieuw een beetje gaan stijgen na de bekendmaking van de cijfers en dan weer een bounce gaan krijgen? Wat denken jullie?

    We kunnen met zekerheid stellen dat het middelpunt van het heelal overal en de omtrek nergens is.

    @ Kristus b., Denk dat het wel zal goed komen maar zal nog een lange tijd duren.Het word wachten op nieuws,nieuwe samenwerkingen met bedrijven en ook op een nieuwe ceo(huidige was tijdelijk?).
    Heb af en toe bijgekocht. Eens een stijging kan het snel gaan,dan kunnen er veel op de kar springen.

    Thx voor de feedback, denk er zo ook over.
    Het bedrijf heeft nog veel schulden maar de organisatie staat er.
    Australis vandaag terug op de beurs en gezakt maar dat is hun poort naar de usa. Hopelijk ziet de nieuwe president in dat het overgrote deel van Amerika positief staat voor de legalizeing. Dit en eventueel strategische partners. en de industrie die in hun kinderschoenen staat kan vuurwerk geven

    Als het stijgt kan het idd zeer snel gaan. Zeker door de vele shorters die op een bepaald moment gaan beginnen coveren. Ik denk rond de 1.50 usd.

    Ontario Launches Consultations on Expanding Cannabis Business Opportunities
    Province Looking to Offer More Choice for Consumers and More Business Opportunities
    February 10, 2020 10:00 A.M.Ministry of the Attorney General
    The Ontario government is launching consultations in order to provide consumers more choice and convenience on cannabis while giving the private sector enhanced ability to compete against and combat the criminal market.

    "Ontario continues to take a responsible approach to cannabis retail sales across Ontario, allowing private sector businesses to build a safe and convenient retail system to combat the illegal market while keeping our kids and communities safe," said Attorney General Doug Downey. "We are asking Ontarians to share their feedback as we explore certain expanded cannabis-related business opportunities as part of our responsible approach to protecting families and communities. What we hear from the public and expert groups will help to inform possible next steps."

    The online consultation asks the public, businesses, health and other stakeholders to comment on potential new cannabis opportunities, including consumption venues and special occasion permits for events such as outdoor festivals and concerts.

    The government will also meet with key groups, including industry representatives, public health and safety organizations, education stakeholders and Indigenous representatives, to ensure their expertise and advice help to inform next steps.

    People interested in participating in the consultations can submit their feedback online by visiting the Ontario Regulatory Registry.

    Quick Facts
    On December 12, 2019, the Ontario government announced next steps to move to an open market for retail cannabis sales to provide consumers more choice and convenience and a safe, reliable supply of cannabis.
    These consultations are part of Ontario’s ongoing work to establish a strong, well-considered legal cannabis market in Ontario.
    Smoking and vaping cannabis are prohibited in indoor public places and other designated areas under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017.
    Consumers must be 19 and older to buy, use, possess and grow recreational cannabis. This is the same as the minimum age for the sale of tobacco and alcohol in Ontario.
    Cannabis stores are tightly regulated and rules are strictly enforced by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
    Since Ontario announced it would open the legal cannabis market, the AGCO has received more than 700 applications for retail operator licences.

    Alberta retail stores will be allowed to sell cannabis vape products beginning this week, with products expected to be on the shelves in the next two weeks, the CBC's Joel Dryden reports, citing the Alberta Gaming Liquor and Cannabis. "We expect retailers will be able to begin ordering products as early as this coming week and there may be limited product from the onset," said Angelle Sasseville, a spokesperson for the government agency,. "Like all other products before vapes, inventory will increase in time." Publicly traded companies in the space include Aphria (APHA), Aurora Cannabis (ACB), CV Sciences (CVSI), CannTrust Holdings (CTST), Canopy Growth (CGC), Cronos Group (CRON), General Cannabis (CANN), India Globalization Capital (IGC), Tilray (TLRY), Trulieve Cannabis (TCNNF) and Zynerba (ZYNE).

    Aurora is het een na slechtste aandeel in mijn portefeuille. Het moet nog ca. CAD 10 stijgen om ongeveer weer op mijn BreakEvenPoint uit te komen. Dus ik heb nog even te gaan :-(

    Snap ik, maar ik moet wel erg veel bijkopen om flink te middelen. En of dat verstandig is?
    Dit is mij eerder bij andere aandelen ook al eens overkomen en dat liep niet goed af.
    Dus ik laat het maar lekker zo en zie wel hoe het afloopt.

    Dit jaar zouden er redelijk wat cannabiswinkels opengaan in Canada.. Dit kan de omzet naar omhoog duwen en mensen wegtrekken van de zwarte markt.
