    Beste dames en heren,

    1,5 jaar in weedstocks. Begon met +40%, daarna daalde hij door naar - 40%. Inmiddels door te handelen (alef, mmen, Ian, khiron, yield) terug naar 0%. Dus quitte.

    Volgens mij gaat het weer de goede kant op. Ben nu 100 % cash sinds 2,5 uur....

    Ben van plan om 3 stocks te kopen en deze voor langere tijd vast te houden. Welke zouden jullie mij adviseren? Ik die mijn eigen research en koop wat ik wil, maar ik hou wel van wat inbreng van derden.

    Eentje weet ik vrijwel zeker en dat is Aleafia. Goedlopend bedrijf, lage productiekosten, veel potentiële groeicatalysators.

    Ik had ooit Aurora en medmen, maar die verbranden teveel cash, die neem ik niet meer.

    Weedmd en Khiron vindt ik ook interessant trouwens.

    The House Judiciary Committee approved a bill Wednesday that legalizes marijuana on the federal level, removing it from schedule 1 of the Controlled Substances Act.

    The legislation, which passed 24 to 10, has a high chance of approval in the House where Democrats control the chamber with 234 seats. It’s likely to face a tougher battle in the Republican-controlled Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell opposes marijuana legalization.

    The legislation allows states to enact their own policies and gives them incentives to clear criminal records of people with low-level marijuana offenses. It also includes a 5% tax on cannabis products that would provide job training and legal assistance to those hit hardest by the war on drugs.

    Aurora Cannabis versterkt managementteam

    (ABM FN) Aurora Cannabis heeft zijn managementteam versterkt met de benoeming van een Chief Product Officer en een Chief Integration Officer. Dit maakte het Canadese cannabisbedrijf woensdag bekend.

    Shane Morris wordt als CPO benoemd, terwijl André Jérôme de positie van CIO zal nemen.

    "Aurora wil haar wereldwijde leiderschapspositie in de cannabisindustrie behouden, daarom hebben we een sterk team opgebouwd dat de toekomstige groei en strategische ontwikkeling van het bedrijf zal aanjagen”, aldus CEO Terry Booth van Aurora Cannabis in een toelichting.

    Ontario mulls overhauling pot shop system in 2020 as sales lag:

    Relief may finally be coming for cannabis producers that have been stymied by the lack of legal retail stores in the country’s most populous province. 

    The Ontario government is considering a plan that would abandon the maligned lottery process that has left it with only two-dozen legal pot shops, and instead pivot as early as January to a system that could lay the groundwork for up to a thousand stores in the province, according to a person directly familiar with the matter.

    Provincial officials have proposed moving to an "open allocation" system for issuing pot store licences next year, allowing would-be shop owners to simply apply online and pass a series of background checks to sell legal cannabis in a bricks-and-mortar shop in the province, the person said. It would mark a return to the Progressive Conservatives’ original plan to open enough cannabis stores to support what it believes is a mature market, which analysts estimate to be between 750 to 1,000 outlets, the person added.

    Is de cannabis 2.0 rally vertrokken? Steen op laagste koers in 2 jaar dus bijna iedereen staat dik in het rood. Denk dat er niet veel meer hun stukken verkopen aan deze lage koersen waardoor shorters hogere prijzen moeten betalen om hun positie te coveren.

    Het zou dringend tijd worden dat er meer shops komen! Vandaag is er wel één geopend van High tide heb ik gezien.
