    Tweede halfjaar

    De AEX begon 2017 op 482 punten en wist op 9 mei een hoogste punt neer te zetten op 537.84 punten. Inmiddels staan we rond de 515 punten en kunnen we spreken van een prima eerste halfjaar.

    Ook bij de fondsen individueel zien we vele positieve uitschieters en zien we met name de oliegerelateerde waarden duidelijk achterblijven. De olieprijs is de afgelopen weken behoorlijk onder druk komen te staan, ondanks het feit dat aan het begin van het jaar de productie werd beperkt door de OPEC en een aantal andere landen buiten het kartel.

    Het lijkt er echter op dat een aantal landen zich niet aan deze afspraak houdt en daardoor zakt de olieprijs verder terug. Toch verwachten wij dat de olieprijs richting eindejaar verder kan oplopen. Immers, de macrodata tonen aan dat de wereldwijde vraag naar olie blijft toenemen en dat vraag en aanbod steeds dichter bij elkaar komen momenteel en dat is positief voor de langere termijn.

    Fondsen die in mijn ogen het tweede halfjaar verder kunnen gaan aantrekken, zijn Aegon, Galapagos, Randstad, Shell, SBM Offshore, BAM, Fugro en PostNL.

    En weer even rood. Maar dat is waarschijnlijk de laatste regenbui die wegtrekt. Bam is vandaag niet langer het slechtste jongetje van de klas. Nog 2 dagen en dan begint het tweede halfjaar. IK verwacht dan niet direct geweldige sprongen, maar Bam zal wel langzaam meestijgen met de langer wordende nachten. heb vorige week wat aandelen ingewisseld voor geschreven puts om wat meer liquiditeit te hebben. Deze week toch ook nog maar weer wat aandelen bijgekocht. verkopen moet je op deze niveaus niet doen. Wanneer niemand dat doet, gaan we als een speer omhoog.

    "We are treating this matter with urgency and continuing to liaise with the owners of The Shield and BAM (the construction company), to identify the materials and construction style used and that it meets fire safety requirements," Jane Crouch, the managing director, said.

    Als er volgens de brandveiligheids voorschriften werd gebouwd, zal Bam daar niets aan veranderen. En wie weet als de klant het toch wil, dan zal die moeten betalen lijkt mij.

    Dit is wat men eerder deze week zei:

    A spokesman for the firm said the developers sought fire advice from a range of experts, which it re-examined following the West London fire.

    He told ChronicleLive the seven-storey Shield has “very different” fire safety characteristics to the 27-storey Grenfell Tower.

    He said: “As you know, the Shield has a very different fire safety profile from the Grenfell Tower and similar high-rise towers.

    “Because it is too early to tell exactly what happened at the Grenfell Tower, we continue to monitor the advice from the local authorities, central government and our range of professional advisers as mentioned above.

    “If that advice were to change as a result of any new developments then we would act on that.”

    Het is in het verleden ook al vaker gezegd: hoe groter de shortposities, des te meer zal er gekocht moeten worden bij meldingen van leuke projecten of goede kwartaalcijfers. Tegen de tijd van de Q2-cijfers zal de koers wel weer oplopen.

    Ik weet 't wel ChrisMat, maar voor goede kwartaalcijfers moeten we jaren terug en die shortpartijen weten dat ook.
