   If shortly (google it for details), it's just (usual) stat. on (usual) timing of 'market participants' (certainly in sense of prob. distributions):
   
   - opening/early-morning hours --> d-traders' time (usually dominate)
   
   - later afternoon/closing --> institutionals' time

   PS. As for markets, given FX-tranding, they rise just on ECB's QE-expectations, though assuming "NO" rates change by Fed in Mar (priced in). As for 'aex', it's still in "top-forming" phase...

   PS. Take also a look at the (partial) volume (let's say per 30 min) --> it's, for instance, strongly "up" since ~15.30 today.
