    The Swedish news service SVT (English Translation) says the the NDO sees no obstacle for Vladimir Antonov to become part of Saab.

    Zoals ik al eerder zei, als er idd een positief advies van de NDO komt zegt dat nog "vrij weinig". Het is namelijk alleen maar een advies aan de Zweedse overheid. Die moeten nog een eigen beslissing nemen en daarnaast zullen ook nog GM en de EIB akkoord moeten zijn.

    Groen licht voor komst Antonov bij Saab
    STOCKHOLM (AFN) - Het Zweedse National Debt Office en autoconcern General Motors (GM) hebben officieel ingestemd met de komst van de Russische zakenman Vladimir Antonov als aandeelhouder van Saab. Dat maakten de partijen donderdag bekend.

    Het National Debt Office heeft de afgelopen tijd onderzoek gedaan naar mogelijke toetreding van Antonov bij Saab. Antonov wil een belang in Saab kopen om het noodlijdende automerk van extra geld te voorzien. De productie bij Saab ligt al drie weken stil vanwege betalingsachterstanden bij toelevenanciers.

    Ook GM moest instemmen met de komst van Antonov. Bij de overname van Saab door Spyker Cars begin vorig jaar eiste GM nog het vertrek van Antonov als aandeelhouder van Spyker wegens zijn vermeende banden met de onderwereld. Aan de definitieve goedkeuring van GM voor een terugkeer van Antonov zijn wel bepaalde voorwaarden verbonden.

    voorlopig is het een beter nieuws als wanneer ze nee hadden gezegd en hierdoor bestaat er een grotere kans dat saab gewoon blijft,tuurlijk zullen er regels bij zijn maar in mijn optiek is het in ieder geval positiever als er iemand bij komt die in ieder geval wel geld heeft.

    De Zweedse overheid en de EIB moeten ook nog akkoord gaan...

    Poepoe, Antonov zou maar liefst 30 miljoen willen investeren. Dat is ongeveer net genoeg om het grootste deel van de openstaande rekeningen te betalen.

    mmm lekker .. weer een paar honderd euries op mijn rekening bijgeschreven.
    Psies zoals ik gisteren had gezegd, bij een beetje goed nieuws staat het aandeel meteen ruim in de 4 euro ;)
    oja, succes zure mannen, die zich overal zo goed in verdiepen, met het de grond intrappen van Spyker hahahaha
