   This certification is awarded by the Netherlands Institute for Building Biology and Ecology (NIBE), a research institute for the environmental impact of building materials. NIBE aims to contribute to a healthy, safe, sustainable and ethical society by holistically assessing products under its People, Planet, and Profit paradigm and using a unique life cycle analysis model. The products are stringently assessed according to 17 environmental issues, which range from global warming to recycling and processing of waste, with a specific focus on the deterioration of eco systems.

   Ik denk dat je in ieder geval een stuk lager dan mijn gemiddelde aankoopprijs (0,51 euro). Wat had ik graag gehad dat ik Accsys nu pas in de gaten kreeg. Een beetje jaloers.

    Weten jullie nog dit bericht van oktober 2010 ??
    
    Ik denk dat Accsys heel snel met een PB moet komen of aanvullende informatie v.w.b. de financiering in China zoals ze dat beloofd hebben in oktober 2010.

    Accsys licentiepartner Diamond sluit overeenkomst
    
    AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--Accsys Technologies plc (AXS.LN) maakt donderdag bekend dat licentiepartner Diamond Wood China Ltd een overeenkomst heeft gesloten met een Aziatische investeringsgroep om de eerste Accoya-fabriek in Azie te financieren.
    
    Er zullen volgens Accsys tevens veranderingen in het management van Diamond Wood plaatsvinden om de financiering te vergemakkelijken. Daarbij is Akeyuth Anchanbutra benoemd als voorzitter.
    
    Accsys heeft tevens de licentieovereenkomst met Diamond Wood gewijzigd. De wijzigingen houden onder andere in dat de royaltiebetalingen met 10% zijn toegenomen naar EUR25,00 van EUR22,00 per kubieke meter Accoya hout die door Diamond Wood worden geproduceerd en verkocht.
    
    De gewijzigde overeenkomst houdt bovendien in dat Diamond Wood voor een periode van twintig jaar de exclusieve rechten heeft voor productie en verkoop van Accoya-hout in China, Hong Kong, Macau en Taiwan. Voor Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, de Filippijnen, Cambodja, Laos, Burma, Brunei, Indonesie en Maleisie geldt een exclusieve periode van tien jaar.
    
    Accsys heeft in november 2010 een bijeenkomst met Diamond Wood en maakt eventuele details daarover bekend na afloop.

    Wat betekent dat ene regeltje dan? Betekent dat dat een order pas uitgesteld aan andere laten zien (ik wist niet eens dat dat kon, ik vind het ook heel raar als dat echt kan).

    Zo leg ik het wel uit. Volgens mij wil men voorkomen dat de koers wordt beinvloed als gevolg van de grote koop. Hieruit zou men kunne concludren dat er juist wel belangstelling is voor het aandeel terwijl men probeert juist de koers te drukken door de indruk te wekken dat er geen belangstelling is.Ik kan er niets anders van maken. volgens mij mag dat hier op de beurs niet.

    Bij Accsys is het schering en inslag dat er gahandeld wordt met "delayed orders"
    
    Kijk maar op www.lse.co.uk/SharePrice.asp?sharepri... en klik op "recent share trades" en dan op het i symbool.
    Het zijn wel 15 minuten vertraagde tijden maar zelfs dan is goed te zien hoe vaak dat gebeurt.
