    Mocht tijd worden dat OCI in lijn met sectorgenoten gaat worden gewaardeerd. Vind het niet slim om voor koersen <€20 te verkopen dus we hebben nog een lange weg te gaan.

    OCI N.V. (Euronext: OCI) (“OCI”) today announced that it has submitted a proposal to the board of directors of OCI Partners LP (NYSE: OCIP) (“OCI Partners”) to acquire all publicly held common units of OCI Partners in exchange for OCI N.V. shares. OCI currently owns 79.88% of issued and outstanding common units of OCI Partners.

    OCI is proposing an exchange ratio of 0.5200 OCI N.V. shares for each publicly-held unit of OCI Partners, (the “Exchange Ratio”), as part of a transaction that is to be effected through a merger of OCI Partners with a wholly-owned subsidiary of OCI. In exchange, OCI will offer 9.10 million newly issued OCI N.V. shares, to be admitted to listing on Euronext Amsterdam, representing approximately 4% of total OCI shares currently outstanding. The proposed Exchange Ratio represents a value of $7.80 per unit to OCI Partners minority shareholders, or a 8.3% premium over the closing price of OCI Partners common units as of 5 December 2016 and a 25.6% premium over the 30 trading day average OCI Partners/OCI exchange ratio as of 5 December 2016.

    The proposed transaction is subject to approval of a definitive agreement by the board of directors of OCI N.V., the board of directors of the general partner of OCI Partners (the “OCIP Board”) and a Conflicts Committee to be established by the OCIP Board, and would be subject to customary closing conditions. There can be no assurance that a definitive agreement will be executed or that any transaction will materialize.

    Voor het eerst gistermorgen ingestapt na het koop advies en ook nadat ik me wat meer verdiept heb in het bedrijf,mogelijk een mooie potentie voor het aandeel na
    de forse afstraffing van het laatste jaar.

    In de laatste weken van het jaar is er meestal weinig deining op de beurs dus reken ik er op dat we de €16 in het vizier krijgen. Misschien nog een koersadvies er boven op die voor extra stimulans kan zorgen. De weg naar €26 is nog heel lang, oftewel 75%.

    Veel fondbeheerders en hedgefunds hebben hun jaar al afgesloten, let maar op begin volgend jaar want dan willen ze hem allemaal hebben !

    Wet ik maar vaak bij lage volumes zie je dat de koers nog behoorlijk kan oplopen, en daar zijn de particulieren dan weer verantwoordelijk voor.

    Mannenplas wordt kunstmest

    AMSTERDAM - Mannen die in de Heineken Music Hall het toilet bezoeken, dragen vanaf nu ongemerkt bij aan de maak van kunstmest. De urine in de Amsterdamse concerthal wordt opgevangen in een grote tank die, als hij vol is, naar de rioolwaterzuiveringsinstallatie gaat van Waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht in het Westelijk Havengebied. Daar wordt het fosfaat uit de plasjes omgezet in struviet, een zeer vruchtbare mestsoort.

    In de tank gaat zo'n 13.000 liter urine. Drie volle tanks leveren genoeg struviet op voor de bemesting van een voetbalveld. Gemiddeld brengen zo'n drieduizend mannen per evenement een bezoek aan het toilet. Bij het Televizier-Ring Gala werd op 13 oktober zo'n 550 liter bij elkaar geplast, maar dat was niks vergeleken bij het concert van Status Quo op 2 december toen maar liefst 4125 liter urine werd verzameld.

    De plas van dames is niet geschikt om op te vangen, omdat er voor hen geen waterloze toiletten zijn. Ook kan het gebruik van wc-papier leiden tot verstoppingen in de opslagtank.

    Amsterdam experimenteerde al eerder met de opvang van urine tijdens Koningsdag.

    Vale verkoopt kunstmestactiviteiten aan Mosaic

    Mosaic betaalt transactie in contanten en aandelen.
    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Vale verkoopt zijn kunstmestactiviteiten aan The Mosaic Company in ruil voor contanten en aandelen. Dit meldde de Braziliaanse mijnbouwgigant maandag.
    De transactie met Mosaic wordt gewaardeerd op circa 2,5 miljard dollar, waarbij het Amerikaanse concern 1,25 miljard dollar in contanten betaalt aan Vale. Het resterende deel wordt uitbetaald in door Mosaic nieuw uit te geven aandelen. Het bedrijf uit Minnesota wil in totaal 42,3 miljoen nieuwe aandelen uitgeven, circa 11 procent van het huidig uitstaand aandelenkapitaal.
    De verkoop van de kunstmestactiviteiten is exclusief de stikstof en fosfaatactiva in Cubatão in Oost-Brazilië.
    De transactie zal naar verwachting in het najaar van 2017 afgerond worden en is onderhevig aan de goedkeuring van toezichthouders.

    Even info over Kepler Cheuvreux rapport Buy 26 EUR.
    Men houd hier nog rekening met een behoorlijke discount aangezien de schuld geen investment grade heeft. Dit zal wellicht in 2017 wel het geval zijn en dan valt de discount versus de peer group weg. Hou je vast aan de takken van de bomen want dan komt het koersdoel op 45 EUR !
