    oh and the other thing with Teva is that they own Anda ( formerly with Allergan).

    Anda is the 4th largest distributor in the US of generic drugs.

    so, if Exact Sciences does not play ball with MDXH there will be an alternative...... :)

    Heren en dames,

    Forum is voor inhoudelijke discussie of plaatsing. Ik vind SJURVM daarin het beste naar voren komen. Stoppen met elkaar te irriteren. Probeer inhoudelijk positieve en negatieve info te plaatsen! De TEVA deal is m.i. prima. Het betreft op langere termijn dus niet alleen Israel... maar ws veel meer landen. Iig goed voor naamsbekendheid. M.i. komen we er binnen 2 jaar achter dat de prijs die je nu betaald voor dit aandeel, super laag is (was).... en dat je TOEN in had moeten stappen. Nogmaals: op de plank die dingen en gewoon met die trein meetuffen.

    Japan has strong links with the USA so if it is approved by the FDA there is no reason why it can't be done in Japan.

    AND there is money in Japan :)

    Mooi rapport. Zegt niet veel. Prijs/omzet is 6.8 tegen een sector gemiddelde van 3.9. Het rapport is gebaseerd op cijfers uit het verleden en laten een procentuele sterke groei zien vd omzet. Maar een groei gemeten tav van een absoluut gezien lage waarde laat al snel een hoog percentage zien. Ik zie liever het vorige rapport (m.wijma@leeuwenhoeck.com) waar per product de NPV wordt berekend obv realistische schattingen vd omzet. Dan kan je pas werkelijk een conclusie trekken of het aandeel is ondergewaardeerd/juist gewaardeerd/overgewaardeerd.

    Teva is echt een wereldspeler en niet alleen in Israel actief hoor. Als je hun site eens bezoekt kun je lezen waar ze allemaal mee bezig zijn. Dit stukje geeft me wel een goed gevoel:

    Hi Hilliebillie yes it is a quantitative rapport based on known figures and with their algorithms some projection is made.

    On that basis it gives a fair value of €3.27. It does not take into account the new deal with Teva and potential of the other products such as selectmdx.

    What i find most interesting is the fact that Morningstar has bothered to write a rapport in the first place.
    Let's face it MDXH is still a small company in market value term in this world.

    Is this another hint for a Nasdaq quote???

    I just wonder.

    yes a deal just for Israel seems a little bit on the small size for a company like Teva. They can offer much more and with "regulatory capabilities" should this be needed

    Sinds vandaag lid en dan al zo ongeduldig? Er valt gewoon niets te melden. We kunnen niet eindeloos blijven herhalen dat de koers gemanipuleerd wordt en dat MDx naar 15 of 47 euro zal gaan. Als er iets serieus te melden valt, wordt het wel op het forum geplaatst.
