   (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Iris Financial, dat genoteerd is aan het Amsterdamse Damrak, zal fuseren met Younited. Dit maakten de twee bedrijven maandagavond bekend.
   
   Younited verstrekt consumentenkredieten en heeft meer dan 1,2 miljoen klanten. Iris is een zogeheten SPAC, een Special Purpose Acquisition Company, die zocht naar een overname van een bedrijf in de financiële dienstverlening in Europa.
   
   Eind 2023 had Younited voor meer dan 6 miljard euro aan leningen gefinancierd. Er werken circa 520 mensen en het bedrijf is actief in vier landen: Frankrijk, Italië, Spanje en Portugal.
   
   Iris zal 150 tot 200 miljoen euro investeren in Younited in ruil voor nieuwe aandelen. Met deze kapitaalinjectie wil Younited investeren in zijn groei en eind 2025 winstgevend zijn.
   
   Iris behoudt de notering in Amsterdam en vraagt er ook een aan in Parijs.
   
   Het fusiebedrijf zal verder gaan onder de naam Younited Financial.
   
   Mits goedkeuring wordt verleend door de toezichthouder, wordt de transactie richting het einde van dit jaar afgerond.

   nog wat bijgekocht van 'speeltje' DESG (Devvstream), dat na eerder uitstel van de SPAC move naar de NASDAQ was gedaald tot zelfs 35,5ct, nu op 40ct, nadat ze vertelden op koers te zijn en voor einde maand de SPAC listing op de Nasdaq rond te krijgen. Vorige keer dat ze (de later uitgestelde) datum bekend maakten, stegen ze meteen naar boven de 60ct.

   Vergroot ook weer kans en commitment dat de Nasdaq listing deze maand (dus Max ca week) rondkomt, als dat helemaal duidelijk is, dan zal dat nog weer een jump geven , lijkt mij logisch, zoals bij vorige keer (die dus werd uitgesteld, maar wellicht omdat deze overeenkomsten nog rond moesten komen.

    maar de deSpac/IPO is koerstechnisch volkomen mislukt, nu wordt elke Spac tegenwoordig meteen flink geshort, in bijna een selffulfilling prophecy, echter meestal opent de koers eerst wel op 9-10 USD en dan komen na paar dollar daling vaak koopjesjagers die de koers stabiliseren. De oude koersen van 80ct CAD na aankondiging Nasdaq listing, kwam overeen met (1:6,5xyz oid) ca 3,60 USD, de 40ct CAD (koers voordat de deal rond was) ca USD 1,80 nu op Nasdaq.
    
    Echter men liet gebeuren dat de koers opende op USD 3, en inmiddels staat de koers op USD 1,25 en lijkt zo rond de 1 gebodemd.
    
    Daarmee is de market cap nu (yahoo) 5.7mln USD
