   ziet er sterk uit vandaag. Gister is 60-70% van de float verhandeld. Dus er komt een nieuw referentiepunt in het aandeel. En meer mensen die op winst staan en dus makkelijker aandelen bijkopen. De verkopers drogen langzaam op....nu stap voor stap omhoog

   Gaan ze vandaag weer de truc uithalen om een paar minuten voor sluitingstijd de koers navenant hoger te zetten? Al met al weer mooie stijging en kom nu ruim in het groen voor mijzelf. Was bij 0,025 ingestapt en steeds blijven kopen in de rit omlaag. Laagste inkoop 0,0108. Voor vandaag nog verkooporder ingelegd op 0,0174. Ben benieuwd.

   kan zo maar, koerstechnisch super stabiel, de hele float is al verhandeld de laatste dagen dus steeds meer mensen die op winst zitten en dus aandelen vasthouden!

   Gezien de bied zijn er genoeg liefhebbers die ze willen kopen. Het zou wel leuk zijn om een koers opgeplakt te krijgen. De Warrant zijn trouwens ook gestegen.

   Het lijkt erop dat de winstnemers er eerst uit willen. Ik ben benieuwd naar de verdere ontwikkeling van Tonner Drones. Ik hou ze voorlopig vast.

    Helaas staan de warrants niet op 0,015.

    Tonner Drones Convenes GM and Expands Strategy
    Cannes, 18 September 2024 18:00, Tonner Drones (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that
    it is convening a shareholders’ general meeting to be held on October 21th (the “GM”) so that
    shareholders can vote on several important resolutions including the mandate to expand its
    strategy.
    Mandate Strategy
    During the GM, shareholders will be asked to vote on a mandate to implement a new strategy and
    amend the articles of association accordingly. The Company has successfully completed a restructuring
    and refinancing process by, among other items, settling various financing contracts and terminating all
    equity-lines. The Company’s new management is convinced that it can also help other listed companies
    to escape similar stifling financing structures. The Company is in the position to advise the management
    of these companies, help to arrange financing, and also consider direct investments in these companies.
    There is a lot of demand in the market for fair financing. This new strategy should be able to contribute
    more easily to the profitability of TonnerDrones.
    New board members
    Shareholders will also be asked to vote on the appointment of proposed new board directors Olaf Graeff
    and David Cloetingh. They both have many years of experience as independent investors in the financial
    world. They can support the company in its further development and investment decisions. Their full

    Departure of Mr Ott and Taylor
    In the context of the departure of Jean Francois Ott (Chairman of the board) and Brad Taylor (CEO, and
    director), and to assist the Company in its debt and cost reduction efforts, Mr. Ott and Mr. Taylor, along
    with their related entities, agreed to various measures that were set forth in the press release of 16
    September 2024.1 These measures were subject to shareholder approval and will therefore also be
    voted on by the shareholders during the GM.
    “I’m convinced that we have taken the right meassures to restructure the company and to prepare it for
    future growth. The new reduced cost structure and investment-strategy allows the company to reach
    profitability more easily. The new management has extensive knowledge of the financial markets and

    Tonner Drones: Board and Management Changes Lead to Further Debt
    Reduction
    Cannes, 16 September 2024 08:00, Tonner Drones (the “Company”) announces that Jean-
    François Ott will be stepping down as Chairman of the board of directors and Brad Taylor will
    be stepping down as director and CEO. In the context of their departures, the Company will also
    be able to further reduce overall debt by more than €800.000, and lower its operational costs.
    Mr. Ott has decided to step down as Chairman of the board of directors with immediate effect but will
    remain as a director of the Company until the shareholders’ general meeting scheduled for 21 October
    2024 (the “General Meeting”). In addition, Mr. Taylor has decided to step down as CEO with immediate
    effect, and also to step down as a director following the General Meeting. CurreCnt director, D.M. van den
    Ouden, will remain on the board of directors and take over as Chairman and CEO with immediate effect.
    Among other agenda items that shareholders will find the in the General Meeting convening notice to
    be published later this week, shareholders will vote on the appointment of two new directors, Mr. David
    Cloetingh and Mr. Olaf Graeff, to replace Mr. Ott and Mr. Taylor. The detailed biographies of Mr.
    Cloetingh and Mr. Graeff will be found in the General Meeting convening notice.
    In the context of their departures, and to assist the Company in its debt and cost reduction efforts, Mr.
    Ott and Mr. Taylor, along with their related entities, have agreed to the following subject to shareholder
    approval at the General Meeting:
    • Exchange approximately € 800,000 in vendor loan receivables that they hold against the
    Company for shares in one of the Company’s non-strategic minority holdings.
    • Return 1,000,000 warrants at an exercise price of € 5.00 that were issued to them in June of
    2023.
    • Cancel 1,000,000 in warrants as well as € 3 million in potential earnouts and 2,000,000 in
    potential warrants associated with the earnouts to which they had a claim
    • Restrict sales of their shares in the Company to the following:
    o 5% of the daily volume for the first two months after the General Meeting (1st and 2nd
    months).
    o 8% of the daily volume for the next two months thereafter (3rd and 4th months).
    o 10% of the daily volume for the next two months thereafter (5th and 6th months).
    o No further limits after six months.
    “I would like to thank Mr. Ott and Mr. Taylor for their leadership and the work that they have done since
    June 2023 in managing and restructuring the Company”. said D.M. van den Ouden. “Today’s proposed
    measures will further reduce the Company's debt by €800.000 and also reduce its cost structure. We
    still have work to do, but I am confident that the Company is on a solid foundation to continue being to
    built up.”
    “Jean-François and I joined the Company when it was in a distressed and fragile condition,” said Brad
    Taylor, CEO. “We are pleased to have been able to stabilise the Company such that it is well positioned
    for a bright future as we now shift more of our concentration towards our other businesses.”
    Mr. Ott and Mr. Taylor will remain available to Mr. van den Ouden and the new management in an
    ongoing advisory capacity as needed and Mr. Ott’s company, Ott Heritage, will continue to follow the
    Company with great interest as a key shareholder.

    Het is essentieel dat men snapt dat Diede het bedrijf een andere kant op gaat sturen. En dat er in 2025 bijna zeker een winst in de boeken gaat komen, zie het persbericht. Want hij gaat andere beursgenoteerde bedrijven helpen en daarnaast ook handel voor rekening van Tonner doen.

    Ik wil een aandeel hebben dat drones maakt en verkoopt; ik wil geen Diede-aandeel, daar hebben we al Lavide voor.
