    De stijging van vandaag heeft niet alleen te maken met het verhoogde koersdoel.

    Het heeft hier mee te maken:

    J.P.Morgan upgrades Just Eat Takeaway to "overweight"

    Overweight is een term die wordt gebruikt door analisten als zij denken dat het mogelijk beter is om een bepaald aandeel te kopen. Analisten verwachten dan dat het aandeel het beter zal doen dan anderen in zijn sector of op de markt.

    Dat laatste stuk vind ik nog belangrijker dan de verhoging zelf.

    Verwacht hierop nog een vervolg.

    Overweight is een advies tussen hold en buy. Anders geformuleerd "voordeel van de twijfel".

    "The term overweight is in between a hold and buy on a five-tier rating system, meaning that while the analyst likes the stock, it is not endorsed with a buy rating."

    Positief voor JET: Als alles meezit sluit JPMorgan zelfs een verdubbeling van de huidige koers niet uit.

    Uber, Lyft and the gig economy think they've found a way to win the national labor war

    In late July, California's top state court upheld Proposition 22, a voter-approved measure allowing app-based services such as Uber, Lyft, Grubhub and DoorDash to classify drivers in the most populous U.S. state as independent contractors rather than employees.

    The California Supreme Court ruling was a major victory for the ride-hailing industry, which for cost and other reasons, has a vested interest in classifying gig workers as independents. While only applicable in California, labor law experts expect momentum to spread to other states where the issue hasn't yet been tested.

    "The companies and proponents of Prop 22, including some gig-based workers, are going to try to scale this to other states," said Caroline Donelan, partner in the labor and employment group at Blank Rome. "And at the same time, there's going to be more pushback from unions and opponents of Prop 22 to go straight to various state legislatures to seek more protections for workers."

    De Chippers liggen er niet goed bij in de VS (na tegenvallende resultaten SMC). Uber, Dash en Instacart blijven groen (zo lijkt het) met nog een half uurtje te gaan is niets zeker.... de laatste tijd

    JET nu stevig vasthouden. Verkopen op dit niveau lijkt mij niet echt slim met zo'n historisch lage koers.
