Alfen announces Supervisory Board reappointment of Willem Ackermans
At the Annual General Meeting today, Alfen’s shareholders reappointed Willem Ackermans for his second term as a member of the Supervisory Board. This appointment covers a period of 4 years as of the date of the AGM of 9 April 2024.
Willem Ackermans joined Alfen’s Supervisory Board in July 2020. He has a wealth of experience from the financial positions he has held in the past as well as from his other supervisory positions. He will continue in his role as vice chairman of the Supervisory Board and chairman of the audit committee of the Supervisory Board.
In addition, Alfen’s shareholders voted to adopt the new remuneration policy for the Management Board. With this new policy, internal pay differentials remain at equitable levels and Management Board remuneration is brought in line with the relevant market reference group.
