    Pharming heeft er goed aan gedaan om bekend te maken wat het faillissement van SVB voor gevolgen voor hen heeft.
    De cash is voor ca € 45 miljoen geraakt en hoeveel men daarvan terugziet, de toekomst zal het uitwijzen.
    Verder heeft het verlies aan cash geen directe invloed op de huidige bedrijfsvoering.
    Gezien het streven dat er naarstig wordt gezocht door de overheden om de effecten van het SVB faillissement zoveel als mogelijk te beperken, worden die € 45 miljoen wellicht deels of geheel terugbetaald.

    Wat me wel verbaasd is dat Pharming aangeeft, zo vlak voor de cijfers , wat de kaspositie is per 311222. Dit hadden ze niet hoeven te doen. Door het wel te doen geven ze aan dat de kas met ca 19 miljoen is gestegen tov 3e kw 2023.
    Dit is natuurlijk zeer bemoedigend voor de cijfers van 2023 in het geheel, presentatie as donderdag de 16e.

    Wellicht dat Pharming met het vooraf bekend maken van deze cash positie de koers en het vertrouwen wil ondersteunen in aanloop naar deze cijfers.

    Hoop dat Pharming met deze bekendmaking niet de spelregels hiermee heeft overtreden.

    Aangezien de uk enkel het uk-deel wil overnemen, zal Pharming "slechts" de 25 miljoen die in de VS staan kwijt raken. De 16 in de UK zijn dan veilig.

    Ik denk dat de Amerikaanse overheid geen andere keuze heeft dan de deposito's van SVB te garanderen. Zo niet, lopen ze het risico dat morgen meerdere "bankruns" volgen met dus meerdere faillissementen van banken. Het domino-effect.

    Ik ga denk dat voor zowel in de U.K. als in Amerika er een onverzekerde deposities circa 10% - 20% afgeschreven zal moeten worden op de uitstaande deposities. Degene die er een bod doen zullen dat niet voor niets doen.

    Maar het is sowieso goed nieuws.

    Het enige criteria is dat alle aandeelhouders gelijk via een persbericht op de hoogte gesteld worden.

    Dit klopt en die zal gevolgen hebben a.s. maandag op de koers.......dit had Pharming eerder moeten melden.....dus aandeelhouders hebben bedrogen/misleid .

    Amerikaanse index-futures zijn inmiddels erg groen, en lijken vooralsnog uit te gaan van een garantie voor alle rekeninghouders vóór morgen.
