    Vivoryon probeert een Nasdaq notering te krijgen en op die manier geld op te halen.

    Hoe ver die optie is daar is nog niets over bekend gemaakt.

    De daling zal wel te maken hebben met een van de kleinere grootaandeelhouders die al eerder zijn belang verminderde.

    De koers is met een totaal volume van circa1.364.196 vanaf 11 januari tot 3 februari langzaam maar zeker omlaag gegaan.

    Van circa 18,60 naar circa 12,00 euro.

    Het zal ook voor Vivoryon een geweldige prestatie zijn om een eerste gedeeltelijk werkzaam medicijn af te leveren.
    Er is veel moed en vertrouwen in eigen kunnen nodig om dit aan te pakken en door te zetten.
    Wat zichtbaar is dat de grootaandeelhouders van het eerste uur er nog niet aan denken om hun pakket te verkleinen, anders dan wat kleinere grootaandeelhouders.
    Niemand moet zich verkijken op de duur van de langlopende onderzoeken daar de ziekte een sluipend proces kent.
    Mocht er resultaat geboekt worden dan zullen alle grote farmaceuten Vivoryon in willen lijven.
    Dat zal niet zonder slag of stoot gaan met het koppel aan standvastige grootaandeelhouders.
    Tot het zover is zullen er nog pieken en dalen komen, ook en juist in de koers van het aandeel.
    Mocht het zo zijn dat het Vivoryon lukt wat niemand nog is gelukt dan word Vivoryon een meer dan een 100 dollar aandeel.

    Tijd is geld, Alzheimer vervaagd de tijd een medicijn kan dat voorkomen.

    Begin me echt wat zorgen te maken!
    Beleggen is prima en risico’s kun je oplopen!
    Maar telkens die sterke daling is zeer verontrustend

    Met behoorlijk volume de weg omhoog hervat.

    Wat de EEN ( VIVO) net heeft gekregen, wordt bij de ander on hold gezet.
    Er zijn nog geen medicijnen die Alzheimer remmen of bestrijden. VIVO heeft goede hoop.

    FDA Puts Full Hold on Clinical Testing of Cortexyme’s COR388

    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has placed a full clinical hold on COR388 (atuzaginstat), an investigational oral therapy Cortexyme is developing for Alzheimer’s disease and now cancer.

    The decision means that Cortexyme will not be allowed to conduct in-person testing of COR388 until further notice. The company will provide further updates pending additional communication with the FDA, according to a press release.

    In the meantime, Cortexyme will be prioritizing the development of a similar experimental medicine called COR588 for mild to moderate Alzheimer’s.

    Both COR388 and COR588 are oral small molecules that block the activity of gingipains, a type of toxic protein made by the bacteria Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivalis). This bacteria is best-known for causing gum disease, and also has been linked to the development of Alzheimer’s.
