    Toch wel belangrijk om te melden is de uitspraak van de rechter in de zaak Milieudefensie / Shell.
    Shell wordt verplicht om haar Scope 1 uitstoot van CO2 met 45% gereduceerd te hebben (t.o.v. uitstoot 2019) in het jaar 2030.

    Als voorbeeld Lafargeholcim, grootste cementproducent van de wereld (Zwitsers bedrijf), heeft zichzelf als doel gesteld De Scope 1 CO2 uitstoot in 2030 met 20% verlaagd te hebben (t.o.v. 2018), en is hier trots op…

    De Zwitsers kunnen nu ook naar de rechter stappen en verdere verschoning afdwingen.
    En verschoning in deze sector is niet zo moeilijk!!!!!!
