    Sinds kort is er meer handel in Volta Finance en gaat de koers omhoog ,met een GAV (waarde in het aandeel) van 3,03 Euro en bij het volgende maandelijkse verslag waarschijnlijk ca 3,25 Euro en een dividend pas ex dividend 13 cent over eerste halfjaar! is het aandeel SPOTGOEDKOOP en veel potentie voor de toekomst.
    Het fonds is transparant door het te volgen maandverslagen op www.voltafinance.com
    Kortom nog steeds veel poentie!!!

    Oke' dit was mijn laatste over Volta ,ben gewoon erg positief net als over Prologis maar dat is weer een heel ander verhaal...

    At the end of May 2010, the Gross Asset Value (the "GAV") of Volta Finance
    Limited (the "Company", "Volta Finance" or "Volta") was EUR100.7m or EUR3.32 per
    share, a slight increase of EUR0.01 per share from EUR3.31 per share at the end of
    April 2010.

    The May mark-to-market variations* of Volta Finance's asset classes have been:
    +1.1% for ABS investments, -3%% for mezzanine of CDO investments, +7.9% for
    residuals of CDO investments and -13.7% for Corporate Credit investments. The
    stabilisation of the GAV in May, despite a significant widening of credit spread
    and an almost general decline in prices, has been permitted by cash flows
    received in May, mainly from residual of CLOs positions, and by one significant
    increase in the price of one of these positions that resumed paying in May a
    full payment after two quarters without any payment (May and August 2009) and
    two quarters with partial payment (November 2009 and February 2010).

    Excluding principal payments from short-term ABS investments, Volta's assets
    have generated the equivalent of EUR1.9m of cash flows in May 2010 (non-euro
    amounts converted into euro using end-of-month cross currency rates) bringing
    the total cash generated during the last six months to EUR9.6m. This amount could
    be compared with EUR7.0m for the previous six-month period ended in November 2009
    (the most recent period which is comparable considering the seasonality of
    payments).

    -8.3% for ABS investments, +0.5% for mezzanine of CDO investments, -4.3% for
    residuals of CDO investments and -0.4% for Corporate Credit investments. The
    slight decline of the GAV in June, reflect the still nervous situation of credit
    markets for some months now.

    Excluding principal payments from short-term ABS investments (EUR0.2m), Volta's
    assets have generated the equivalent of EUR0.6m of cash flows in June 2010
    (non-euro amounts converted into euro using end-of-month cross currency rates)
    bringing the total cash generated during the last six months to EUR9.6m, unchanged
    from end of May. This amount could be compared with EUR7.2m for the previous
    six-month period ended in December 2009 (the most recent period which is
    comparable considering the seasonality of payments).
