    Maar hij was ook erg hard gedaald....van 3,40 naar 1,90...
    Het gaat ook niet zozeer om de waarde van het aandeel nu...de toekomst
    ziet er gewoon goed uit en de schulden van het bedrijf zijn niet erg hoog. Bovendien is meer dan 50% van de aandelen in handen van CEO en grote partijen.
    Eerst maar weer eens over de 3,-

    Goede morgen beste mensen. Leuk om te zien dat de koers aan het herstellen is. Ik had ze aan 3,05 en bij 1,803 vond ik het toch niet meer zo leuk. Het voelt nu veel prettiger als ik naar de koers kijk en dat dit nog heel lang mag voortzetten. Een ieder een fijne dag.

    Heeft iemand een idee wat er gaat gebeuren als er morgen besloten wordt meer aandelen uit te geven? Daalt de koers dan een stuk omlaag?

    Waarom verwachten jullie dat dit aandeel gaat stijgen als er morgen hoogstwaarschijnlijk extra aandelen worden uitgegeven. Kan iemand hier een antwoord opgeven?

    Introduction
    These explanatory notes should be read in conjunction with the agenda for the EGM of Esperite N.V. to be held on
    Wednesday 23 December 2015. The paragraph numbering below corresponds with the numbering of the agenda items.
    1. Opening and announcements
    2. Approval Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 17 June 2015*
    The Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 17 June 2015 can be downloaded from www.esperite.com.
    3. Approval of the Esperite Share Option Scheme and delegation to the Board of Directors of the power to grant
    options and issue shares pursuant to the Esperite Share Option Scheme and of the power to restrict or
    exclude the pre-emptive rights in connection with such option grants or share issuances*
    The Board of Directors wishes to establish a new share option scheme – the Esperite Share Option Scheme – pursuant to
    which options for Esperite N.V. shares can be granted to eligible officers, employees and other qualifying persons.
    A term sheet that sets out the main characteristics of the Esperite Share Option Scheme is annexed to these explanatory
    notes.
    The Esperite Share Option Scheme has a term until 31 December 2017. Its objectives are retention, attraction of new hires
    and aligning employees’ and shareholders’ interests with the long-term success of the Company.
    The number of shares in respect of which options may be granted under the Esperite Share Option Scheme on any grant
    date when added to (a) the number of shares comprised in outstanding options granted pursuant to the Esperite Share
    Option Scheme and (b) the number of shares which have been issued on the exercise of options that have been granted
    pursuant to the Esperite Share Option Scheme, shall not exceed 15% of the number of ordinary shares in issue immediately
    prior to such grant date.
    The number of options that may be granted to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) pursuant to the Esperite Share Option
    Plan shall not exceed 20% of total number of options that can be granted pursuant to the Esperite Share Option Scheme.
    Subject to the condition for such entitlement being satisfied, the CEO's entitlement to options in relation to 2015 as
    previously approved by the shareholders meeting regards 75,000 options. The number of options that may be granted to
    any other participant in the Esperite Share Option Plan shall not exceed 10% of total number of options that can be granted
    pursuant to the Esperite Share Option Scheme.
    The EGM is proposed to approve the Esperite Share Option Scheme – including the number of options that can be granted
    thereunder – and to delegate to the Board of Directors the power to grant options and issue shares pursuant to the Esperite
    Share Option Scheme and the power to restrict or exclude the pre-emptive rights in connection with such option grants or
    share issuances.

    In relation to the grant of options to the CEO and other Executive Directors, if applicable, the proposal that the EGM is
    requested to approve regards a proposal in the meaning of section 14.4 of the Company's articles of association and section
    2:135 (5) of the Dutch Civil Code.

    Vond de discussie desondanks boeiend genoeg om na extra leeswerk alsnog een bio toe te voegen aan de porto.

    Ach ja sommige personen kan je beter niet op reageren. Ze hadden ook beter kunnen instappen rond de 1,85 a 2 euro toen ik aangaf dat er een mooie stijging gaat komen en dat Esperite enorm ondergewaardeerd is en ook nog eens naar de ascx promoveerde waardoor grote partijen ook weer mogen instappen. Hadden ze een enorme leuke kerstbonus gehad nu.

    Investeren in biotech toegankelijker

    Nu met de verkoop van het Brabantse Acerta Pharma voor €3,7 miljard vorige week opnieuw een opvallend financieel succes is geboekt, stijgt de interesse onder particuliere beleggers voor biotech. Investeerder Aglaia speelt in op de groeiende belangstelling voor deze risicovolle categorie door een nieuw oncologiefonds open te stellen voor inlegsommen met minder dan de gebruikelijke zes nullen.
    Het is een goed jaar geweest voor Nederlandse biotechbedrijven, zo concludeerde minister Henk Kamp (Economische Zaken) donderdag. Acerta was al de derde miljardenovername in biotech dit jaar. Enkele andere bedrijven, zoals het Utrechtse Merus, zetten stappen op weg naar een beursgang op Nasdaq en aan de Amsterdamse beurs leverde de biotech-index dit jaar een voorlopig rendement van meer dan 25% op
