    Het contract loopt heel wat eerder af. Juni 2026. Tot 2029 gaat het om een optie.

    Binnen een optie is het maar de vraag of daar een afkoopsom geldt. Over het huidige contract wordt niets vermeld over een te ontvangen som. De kans dat daar wel een vergoeding moet worden betaald is aannemelijk, maar of wij daar weet van gaan krijgen is de vraag.
    Jawel, wel goed gelezen. Het loopt in principe eerder af, maar Allfunds (en Allfunds alléén) mag zelf beslissen om het tot 2029 te verlengen: ‘’at Allfunds sole discretion”. Daar past een contant te maken waarde bij die op een manier gecompenseerd/afgekocht dient te worden. Hoe, weten wij niet, omdat wij noch het contract inhoudelijk kennen, noch de (mijns inziens ongetwijfeld aanwezige) ontbindende voorwaarden daarin.
    In een toekomstig financieel verslag zal er toch op enige manier melding van gemaakt moeten worden, al is het slechts in een toelichting op een post.

    Laat ik het dan op een interpretatie (vertaal)verschil houden.
    Er staat echter niet over welke periode er een afrekening zou moeten komen. Als het om een grote som gaat zou dat vast zijn vermeld.
    Het enige waar je iets uit kan afleiden is dat de outlook niet wordt aangepast.

    Allfunds is al bijna grootaandeelhouder van Allfunds Indien ze dus genoeg hebben ingekocht dan zijn de aandelen daarna gewoon weg.

    London/Madrid/Amsterdam – Allfunds Group plc (“Allfunds”) (TICKER: ALLFG) informs today that, under the second tranche of its share buyback programme announced on 17 June 2024, 903,954 of its own ordinary shares have been repurchased during the week of 21 August 2024 up to and including 27 August 2024. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €5.47 per share. The total consideration of the repurchase was €4,947,334.71.

    The total number of shares repurchased to date under this tranche of the programme is 6,345,417 ordinary shares for a total consideration of € EUR 33,541,463.92. To date approximately 67.08% of the maximum total value of the second tranche of the share buyback programme has been completed.

    Allfunds gaat samenwerken met Rathbones

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Allfunds gaat samenwerken met vermogensbeheerder Rathbones. Dit meldde het Spaanse fintechbedrijf met een notering in Amsterdam dinsdag voorbeurs.

    Allfunds wordt voor de Britse vermogensbeheerder de exclusieve leverancier van 'funds dealing' en distributiediensten. Dit betekent ook dat de gecombineerde activiteiten van Rathbones en Investec Wealth & Investment geïntegreerd zullen worden.

    De samenwerking verstevigt zo de rol van Allfunds op de Britse markt voor vermogensbeheer.

    In 2023 startten de twee partijen al met de migratie naar het Allfunds-platform.

    London/Madrid/Amsterdam –Allfunds Group plc (“Allfunds”) (TICKER: ALLFG) informs today that, under the second tranche of its share buyback programme announced on 17 June 2024, 739,374 of its own ordinary shares have been repurchased during the week of 11 September 2024 up to and including 17 September 2024. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €5.28 per share. The total consideration of the repurchase was €3,900,505.29.

    The total number of shares repurchased to date under this tranche of the programme is 9,048,282 ordinary shares for a total consideration of € EUR 47,905,086.51. To date approximately 95.81% of the maximum total value of the second tranche of the share buyback programme has been completed.

    Deze week nog 200k stukjes en dan zitten ze op 100%. Kan de koers eindelijk omhoog

    Allfunds Group plc (“Allfunds”) (TICKER: ALLFG) informs today that, under the second tranche of its share buyback programme announced on 17 June 2024, 385,164 of its own ordinary shares have been repurchased from 18 to 20 September 2024 on Euronext Amsterdam. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €5.44 per share. The total consideration of the repurchase was €2,094,912.62.

    The maximum total value of the second tranche of the share buyback programme amounted to €50 million. To date, 9,433,446 ordinary shares have been repurchased for a total consideration of €49,999,999.13.

    Therefore, the programme has now been completed.

    Allfunds will now take the necessary steps for the 9,433,446 repurchased shares to be cancelled. Following their cancellation, the share capital will be reduced by €23,583.62 to €1,526,555.65 and will be divided into 610,622,256 ordinary shares. Allfunds will notify the AFM of the updated share capital without delay.

    1 1/2 % minder aandelen en we zakten vandaag door het ijs. Dit keer een hoge gemiddelde prijs, wachten maar op goed nieuws.

    Allfunds rondt aandeleninkoop af

    Voor 50 miljoen euro eigen aandelen ingekocht.

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Allfunds heeft voor 50 miljoen euro aan eigen aandelen ingekocht, waarmee er een einde komt aan het inkoopprogramma. Dit maakte Allfunds dinsdagochtend bekend.

    Onder het programma werden 9,43 miljoen eigen aandelen ingekocht. Deze aandelen zullen worden ingetrokken, meldde Allfunds.
