    Koersontwikkeling valt mij net als gisteren tegen.
    2 dagen op rij een mooi bericht. Premarket reageert de koers positief.
    Maar bij de reguliere handel zakt het aandeel weg.

    Komt dit door de dagtraders? Ik denk het haast van wel.

    Koers in Australië valt mij niet tegen. Omgerekend zitten we bij een koers van 0,675 ausd rond de 5,20 usd.

    Maar veel belangrijker is een mooi pb.

    Ik verwacht een schitterend PB en daarbij horende koersexplosie. Echte niet zoveel als de vorige keer omdat de koers de laatste weken al enorm is opgelopen.

    • Combination therapy with eftilagimod alpha and pembrolizumab demonstrates very favourable
    overall response rate (ORR) together with favourable duration and depth of responses in 1
    st line
    NSCLC (41.7%, 2 CRs; minimum DoR > 6 months) and 2nd line HNSCC (29.7% ORR, 5 CRs; minimum
    DoR > 6 months)
    • Tumor responses seen in all PD-L1 subgroups, including low PD-L1 expressing patients (i.e. patients
    with TPS < 50%) which are typically less responsive to anti-PD-1 therapy
    • Secondary endpoints including progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) are trending
    very favourably in both indications (e.g. median PFS in 1st line NSCLC is 8.2 months and median OS in
    2nd line HNSCC is 12.6 months)
    • Combination therapy is safe and well tolerated

    in different solid tumours (DCR 50%) acc. to RECIST 1.1
    • No selection of patients for immunogenic markers (e.g. PD-L1 expression levels, MSI high or TMB)

    • Deep and durable responses also in patients with low or no PD-L1 expression and typically IO
    insensitive indications like gastroesophageal or cervical cancer which typically do not respond to
    immune checkpoint therapy
